Terms for organisations booking tickets at www.aeroflot.ru

1. Corporate Loyalty Programme Membership

1.1 To qualify for membership of the Corporate Loyalty Programme, companies (organisations) must have an annual spend on air travel with Aeroflot PJSC of at least 1 723 USD. Failure to meet this condition within one year of joining the Programme will result in the disabling of the Organisation's profile and the cancellation of all points awarded.

1.2 When tickets are booked in the Programme via a personal account in the corporate customer section, the Organisation's employees accumulate the Organisation's points at a rate of 2% to 3% of the fare of the flights, in accordance with the following table (points are only awarded for flights operated by Aeroflot PJSC in each fare group):

1.3 When the total cost of tickets used has reached 1 723 USD, the organisation can use its points to pay for the base fare in full or partially. When paying for tickets one point is equivalent to one dollar US.

1.4 When booking air tickets via the Programme, employees who are Aeroflot Bonus members also can accrue bonus miles on their individual Aeroflot Bonus account.

2. Payment and Refund Terms

2.1 Programme members have the following payment options at www.aeroflot.ru:

  • bank card: Visa, MasterCard;
  • payment with points.

2.2 Ticket refunding and re-booking are available at the Aeroflot PJSC Call Centre.

3. Joining the Programme

3.1 Organisations that would like to join the Corporate Loyalty Programme and book tickets directly at www.aeroflot.ru should fill in this application form[*].

3.2 Aeroflot PJSC reviews the application within 10 business days and, if approved, send an email to the address specified by the applicant containing the Corporate Loyalty Programme Terms of Cooperation – Online Booking.

3.3 Upon agreeing with the Terms, the Organisation emails the signed Terms to Aeroflot PJSC  (scanned copy to the email address: corporateapplication@aeroflot.ru; loyalty@aeroflot.ru).

3.4 Upon receiving the scanned copy of the Terms, Aeroflot PJSC within three business days assigns the Organisation a Programme Member ID code and emails the Organisation the Corporate Loyalty Programme user manual for booking  tickets online on the Aeroflot website.
