Aeroflot has created a task force that operates round-the-clock involving in its activities the company's employees. Information is provided to passengers on a regular basis; the passengers who need lodgment have been placed in hotels and provided with meals.

Those passengers who prefer not to continue their flights may have their tickets refunded without penalties regardless of the ticket refund date. The tickets are only refunded at the locations where they were purchased.
Aeroflot is monitoring the situation in close contact with the meteorological service.
