March 20th, 2008, Moscow. – From March 27th, 2008 the JSC “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” resumes regular flights to Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. The tickets to this destination can be booked and bought in the Aeroflot booking offices and on the company’s site www.aeroflot.ru
The flights to Tbilisi will employ Tu-154 airplanes.
SU197 Flight from Moscow to Tbilisi departs daily except Sundays, at 00.40 am, arrives at 03:25 am. The return flight SU198 from Tbilisi to Moscow daily, except Sunday, at 06:00 am., arrival at 08:35 am. (local time).
Accordance to the plan from September 22nd, 2008, the Aeroflot flights, route Moscow – Tbilisi – Moscow will be performed by A320 airplanes.
JSC “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” (AFLT) is definitely the leader of the Russian civil aviation, actually the national carrier.
