The auction will be held at ‘Sberbank-Ast’, the electronic trading site authorized by the Russian government.
At the bidding, the tickets to the popular tourist destinations will be offered, including Amsterdam, Amsterdam/Brussels, Barcelona, Dresden, Karlovy Vary, London, Malaga, Paris, Prague, and Sofia.
New bidding participants will be accredited in accordance with the procedure. The accreditation that provides access to electronic bidding is valid during 1 year. The participants that were accredited earlier and have an agreement in effect on block uplifts in the Russian territory will be granted access to the bidding scheduled for 19 and 20 August. They only need to submit to the tender commission an application regarding joining to the procedure. The text of the new bidding procedure has already been published. The participants that were accredited earlier but do not have an agreement in effect on block uplifts in the Russian territory will be accredited in a simplified way stipulated by the procedure.
