Passenger Information

June 28 2010, Moscow – Dear passengers, if you are planning a flight with Aeroflot, please make sure to arrive at the Sheremetyevo airport in good time.  There may be heavy traffic on Leningradskoye highway due to the bridge maintenance works, so your travel to the airport may take more time than usual.

We recommend using the services of the Aeroexpress high-speed electric train departing from the Belorussky Rail Terminal each half an hour (travel time 35 min). The train arrives at the Aeroexpress terminal platform, where you can take a regular bus to the Sheremetyevo terminals В(1), C, and D.

To ensure timely completion of all preflight formalities (e.g. customs and border control, as well as quarantine & sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary, and other types of control if necessary) passengers are advised to be at the airport at least three hours prior to their flight departure.

You can check in for your flight at any of the check-in counters. Check-in for all Aeroflot’s flights closes 40 min before the departure time indicated in your itinerary receipt / air ticket.

See you on board with Aeroflot!
