We are pleased to offer our Comfort class passengers a menu by Aeromar, Russia's leading on-board catering company.
Comfort class passengers receive a welcome drink and the menu. The food is served on reusable plastic dishes with metal cutlery and hot dishes are served in porcelain dishes.
Two meals are served during the flight in Comfort class.*

PJSC Aeroflot – Russian Airlines offers a variety of special on-board meals, taking into account the age, medical conditions and religious beliefs of its passengers.
Special meals must be requested at least 36 hours before your flight departs.
No additional fee is charged for requesting special meals.
Aeroflot PJSC and Aurora Airline JSC offer special meals for Economy class flights of over 3 hours.
Rossiya Airlines JSC offers special meals for Economy class flights of over 4 hours and for Business class flights of over 1 hour.
For flights departing from Sheremetyevo Airport and operated by Aeroflot PJSC, you can order any of the available special meals.
There are some restrictions for flights departing from other cities.

The meals available through the À la Carte Menu service have been created by Aeromar, Russia's leading onboard catering company.
You can purchase the À la Carte Menu service in addition to the standard meal service. The number of servings available to order on one flight is limited to 24.
Meals from the À la carte Menu must be ordered and paid for no later than 36 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
You can order and purchase the À la Carte Menu service:
- when booking your tickets through the Call Centre or the Aeroflot website;
- by contacting the Aeroflot Call Centre or through the Manage Booking section of the Aeroflot website if you have already booked a ticket through any available sales channel.

Terms and Conditions of the À la Carte Menu Service
1. The service is available on regular flights of more than 7 hours operated by Aeroflot PJSC using wide-body aircraft (Airbus A330, Boeing 777).
2. The service is available to passengers who book tickets on the Aeroflot website or possess a purchased a ticket with a confirmed Economy class booking on direct or through fares, regardless of the fare family (brand).
3. The service is not available:
- to passengers who have tickets with an unconfirmed booking;
- to infants under the age of two.
4. The service is offered on a paid basis on flights departing from Sheremetyevo Airport. The service can be ordered and paid for on the Aeroflot website if the passenger already possesses a ticket purchased through any of the current sales channels, or during the ticket booking process on the Aeroflot website.
5. A passenger who has ordered a meal from the À la Carte Menu menu is also entitled to the free meals provided by default to Economy class passengers.
6. Passengers can order special meals and meals from the À la Carte Menu menu for one flight segment.
7. Meals from the À la Carte Menu menu shall be ordered and paid for no later than 36 hours before the scheduled departure.
8. The maximum number of servings that can be ordered on one flight is 24.
9. The service cannot be paid for with miles from an Aeroflot Bonus member's account.
10. The service may be paid for using a bank card, online payment agents (QIWI Wallet, Yandex.Money, WebMoney etc.), Apple Pay or a virtual gift certificate.
11. The cost of the service shall not be refunded in the following cases*:
* The cost of the service is deemed to be an expense incurred by the carrier as a result of the passenger ordering the additional service before cancelling it.
- the passenger cancels the service less than 36 hours before the scheduled departure;
- the passenger makes changes to the terms of carriage of the flight with the purchased service less than 36 hours before the scheduled departure;
- the passenger cancels the service on board the aircraft;
- the passenger fails to arrive for boarding (or arrives too late).
12. The cost of the service shall be refunded in full in the following cases:
- involuntary cancellation of carriage by the passenger in instances covered by the rules of Aeroflot PJSC and Article 227 of the Federal Aviation Regulations “General regulations on air carriage of passengers, baggage and cargoes and requirements to service provided to passengers, consignors and consignees” enacted by Order No. 82 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 28 June 2007 (hereinafter referred to as FAR);
- cancellation of the passenger carriage agreement at the carrier's discretion in accordance with Article 230 of FAR;
- the passenger cancels the service more than 36 hours before the scheduled departure;
- the passenger changes the terms of carriage (e.g. the flight date, destination etc.) for the flight with the purchased service more than 36 hours before the scheduled departure;
- cancellation of the flight where the service is unavailable on the rescheduled flight;
- failure to deliver preordered and purchased meals on board the aircraft.
13. In order to receive a refund for the service, the passenger must do one of the following:
- call the Aeroflot PJSC Contact Centre;
- contact the nearest sales office, branch or agency of Aeroflot PJSC in the Russian Federation or abroad;
- send a message using the feedback form on the Aeroflot website.
14. The refund will be made in accordance with the payment method used to purchase the service initially.
