Mobile Check-In Terms and Conditions
When you have completed the mobile check-in, your boarding pass will be displayed on your mobile phone screen as a 2D bar code, along with a short notice to the passenger.
This image is your boarding pass, which you will have to show:
- at the drop off counter when checking-in your baggage at the airport;
- at the boarding gate;
- when boarding the aircraft.
The mobile boarding pass must be kept on your mobile device for presentation at the airport and on board the aircraft at any time and without access to the Internet.
The mobile boarding pass can be saved in several ways:
- via email;
- as a photo (not available for all mobile devices);
- using Passbook or Wallet applications (only for iOS);
- save in Downloads (for Android).
If you cannot access your mobile boarding pass at the airport, you can print a copy of your boarding pass at the check-in desk for your flight or at a self-service kiosk (the list of available airports can be found in the Self-Service Check-in Kiosks section) no later than 45 minutes before departure.
In accordance with security requirements, all passengers flying from airports within the Russian Federation must show a hard copy of their mobile boarding pass at the passport control and preflight security check. If you are on a business trip, you can submit your boarding pass to your accountant.
Mobile boarding pass printers are located in Sheremetyevo Terminal D next to passport control (for international flights) or preflight screening (for domestic flights). In Sheremetyevo Terminal E, printers are located in the check-in area and next to passport control. In Sheremetyevo Terminal F, printers are located by the check-in counters. Just scan your 2D bar code using the optical reader, and your boarding pass will be automatically printed.
Similar printers are available in the following airports: Pulkovo, Adler (Sochi), Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod.
If the airport does not have any machines for printing mobile boarding passes, you can print your boarding pass at the self check-in machine using the “Reprint boarding pass” option.
When flying from most foreign airports, you will not be required to print out your mobile boarding pass. You can use a paperless boarding pass in the following airports:
Amsterdam (AMS), Athens (ATH), Barcelona (BCN), Belgrade (BEG), Berlin (SXF), Brussels (BRU), Bucharest (OTP), Budapest (BUD), Copenhagen (CPH), Dresden (DRS), Dusseldorf (DUS), Frankfurt (FRA), Geneva (GVA), Hamburg (HAM), Hannover (HAJ), Helsinki (HEL), Heraklion (HER), Larnaca (LCA), London (LHR, LGW), Madrid (MAD), Milan (MXP), Munich (MUC), Nice (NCE), Oslo (OSL), Paris (CDG), Prague (PRG), Riga (RIX), Rome (FCO), Stockholm (ARN), Stuttgart (STR), Thessaloniki (SKG), Valencia (VLC), Venice (VCE), Vienna (VIE), Vilnius (VNO), Warsaw (WAW), Zurich (ZRH).
Changes in the Mobile Check-In procedure for outbound flights from the USA
Due to specific local passport control and preflight screening requirements, the mobile check-in procedure for outbound flights from the USA has been changed. Once you have completed the mobile check-in, an Information Card will be displayed on the screen of your mobile phone showing the details of the seat that you selected and the details of your flight. To receive your boarding pass, proceed to the check-in counter at the airport at least 1 hour prior to the flight departure time, or print your boarding pass using Online Check-In. The Information Card is not a boarding pass and is not valid for boarding the aircraft.
Changes to the mobile check-in procedure for passengers departing from Antalya airport

Please be sure to allow sufficient time. Boarding closes 20 minutes before the scheduled departure; passengers must hold a duly issued boarding pass. Please remember that you will have to pass through security screening at the airport.
If you booked a seat when purchasing your ticket, Aeroflot PJSC will do its best to make this seat available to you at check-in, but we cannot guarantee it.
As the number of printers available to print out your mobile boarding pass is limited, and in order to increase the geographic coverage of this service, you may print your mobile boarding pass at our Aeroflot self-service check-in kiosks, where available.
In addition to Sheremetyevo, Pulkovo, Adler, Koltsovo and Rostov-on-Don airports, mobile check-in is also available in the following Russian cities:
2. Nizhny Novgorod
7. Mineralnye Vody
The mobile check-in procedure remains the same. After receiving your mobile boarding pass, you are guaranteed the seats you selected, except in cases where the aircraft type or cabin layout is changed.
You can print out your boarding pass at one of the self check-in machines no later than 45 minutes prior to your flight departure time. Once at the airport, please use a self-service check-in kiosk to print out your mobile boarding pass and follow the first three check-in steps. When the Select Another Seat or Print Out Your Boarding Pass options become active, click Print Out Your Boarding Pass and take the hard copy of your boarding pass.
1. This additional option is also available at Sheremetyevo, Pulkovo, Adler and Koltsovo airports. 2. If the check-in machine is not working, you can get a hard copy of your boarding pass from the check-in counter.
