** Please note: Starting from 10 August 2022, business lounge access for passengers with Elite Plus bonus cards of SkyTeam member airlines travelling on Aeroflot PJSC flights is temporarily suspended.
- You can use only one of the available lounges.
- To access the business lounges, passengers who hold a Gold or Platinum card from the Aeroflot Bonus loyalty programme can present their original card or an electronic one in the official Aeroflot PJSC mobile app or in their Aeroflot Bonus account on the official Aeroflot PJSC website.
- The time of stay in the Business Lounge for passengers, as well as guests of passengers who are holders of the Gold or Platinum Card of the Aeroflot Bonus loyalty programme, is limited to no more than 4 hours. Passengers as well as guests of passengers are allowed to enter the Business Lounge no earlier than 4 hours before the scheduled boarding completion time for their flight. An exception is granted to transit/transfer passengers, guests of transit/transfer passengers, as well as passengers and guests of passengers on delayed flights; their time in the Business Lounge is unlimited.
- When access is to be paid, do so through the lounges' ticket offices.

Please note: Changes have been made: from January 1, 2024 the Kandinsky business lounge is no longer listed in Aeroflot PJSC's passenger service contract and as such is no longer available.
