Please be informed that according to Aeroflot Bonus programme terms and conditions miles earned prior to 2012 expire at the beginning of 2012 for members who didn’t perform any Aeroflot or partner airlines flights in eligible for accrual classes during 2010-2011.
This year, following our members’ interests we prolonged thevalidity period of the expiring miles until July 31, 2012 to give you extra time to spend your miles.
Furthermore members can extend the lifetime of all their miles earned during 2011 by performing a flight in any eligible for accrual class with Aeroflot or Nordavia up to July 20, 2012.
Members who did not have eligible flights with Aeroflot or partner airlines in 2010-2011 but have miles that they wish to spend on programme awards before the expiration deadline and/or maintain the miles earned during 2011 on their accounts need to perform an eligible flight with Aeroflot, Vladivostok Air, Donavia (all coded SU) or Nordavia before July 20, 2012.
Miles for such flight must be posted on member’s account before July 31, 2012. After flight is performed all previously collected miles can be used for programme awards till July 31, 2012. Moreover, validity of miles earned in 2011 will be automatically extended and they will be excluded from expiration.
On July 31, 2012 all unredeemed and not prolonged miles credited for transactions made prior to December 01, 2012 will expire.
Please note that you can claim missing miles for flights made up to 3 months prior to the date of such claim via your personal account at www.aeroflot.ru.
