- The service is non-guaranteed. During check-in, passengers who have paid for the upgrade will be issued an Economy or Comfort Class boarding pass in accordance with the booked ticket. The boarding pass will be changed while boarding the aircraft in case the upgrade service is available.
- In-flight services are provided without any limits in accordance with the class of service to which the upgrade was made.
- The free baggage allowance for passengers who have paid for an upgrade shall be provided in accordance with the initially booked ticket and class of service. VIP lounge access is not included.
The service can also be paid for at check-in desks or boarding gates in the airport via mobile payment terminals.
Additional baggage
You may carry more baggage than what is included in your free baggage allowance.

Terms of Service:
- According to the flight safety rules, some categories of passengers are not allowed to be seated in the emergency exit row (with the exception of central seat block on a wide-bodied aircraft): children from 2 to 12 years old and/or infants (under two years), pregnant women and other categories.
- The number and layout of Space+ seats on board the aircraft may vary. You can see the layout of Space+ seats on the Seat Map page.
- The payment shall be made online if ordering through the website.

Super Space Seats
- Separate cabin in the fore body of the aircraft;
- Individual space for each passenger in the Business Class cabin;
- Ergonomic 70 cm wide seats with 180 degree extension that can turn into a comfortable bed;
- On Boeing 777-300 aircraft, the seats are separate semi-enclosed passenger cabins with a built-in massage feature in the seat backs;
- 10% off when you buy online.

Preselect Seats
Would you like to fly in a window seat, an aisle seat or a seat with extra legroom? Preselect your preferred seats when booking your flight, or do it later in the Manage Your Bookings section.
If the date or time of the flight changes, please check the service status in the Manage Booking section to avoid automatic cancellation.
You can preselect seats no later than 24 hours before departure.

* The total number of seats must not exceed the number of seats in a single block in one row.
