Due to a technical fault with the baggage sorting system in Sheremetyevo airport, we have experienced delays in redirecting cargo and baggage belonging to transit and departing passengers from 17:35 until 21:30 Moscow time on August 04, 2015.
By now the proper work of the baggage sorting system in Sheremetyevo airport has been fully restored.
Aeroflot has called in additional staff to help sort and redirect luggage manually.
If on arrival at your destination you discover that your baggage has been delayed, please complete a baggage reclaim form and we will deliver your bags to you at the earliest possible opportunity.
