December 30, 2010, Moscow – JSC “Aeroflot – Russian airlines” has completely restored the flight schedule. All airline’s flights are currently performed according to the schedule.
The deficiency of the anti-icing liquid has been overcome totally. The amount of the reagents sufficient for treating aircraft till the end of the winter season has been shipped.
640 flights have been performed within the period from December 25 till December 29, 227 of which were performed on schedule.
More than 80,000 passengers have been uplifted from Moscow to their destinations in the period from December 25 till December 29. About 3000 Aeroflot’s passengers have been uplifted by other airlines.
To help Aeroflot’s passengers whose flights were delayed, 2200 passengers have been accommodated in hotels, over 12,000 food vouchers have been distributed, and dispensation of beverages, food-stuffs, and hygiene articles for kids has been organized.
Aeroflot apologizes to the passengers for the inconvenience. All passengers of delayed flights from Moscow in the period from December 26 to December 28 will receive compensations worth the respective one-way fare.
