Passengers on the cancelled flights holding tickets with the SU code (direct and transfer flights) dated 23 or 24 January may:
- Change their date of travel for any date up to 30 January inclusive, including on connecting flights to or from New York operated by other airlines; changes to the return leg are also permitted within a range of four days from the initially stated return date.
- Return their ticket to the point of sale (in case of flight cancellation).
Passengers will be kept informed by the Aeroflot call centre. Those who arrive at check-in will be provided with all necessary support in line with Federal Aviation Rules and Aeroflot standards.
