Aeroflot won popular vote «Customer’s Choice −2013» which took place in terms of the IV annual award «Customer rights and service quality». The company got a prestigious award in «Retail service» category.
The award ceremony took place at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The company was presented by Deputy General Director for strategy and alliances of JSC Aeroflot Giorgio Callegari.
The popular vote «Customer’s Choice −2013» was held by the award’s partner, biggest Russian research holding Romir in order to identify consumers’ attitude towards the participants of goods and service market.
The results of voting were counted accordingly with international Global Reputation Index (GRI) criteria without taking into account the authoritative evaluation of Expert council of the award. The consumers recognized Aeroflot’s indisputable leadership on the air transport market in terms of service quality.
Index GRI was elaborated in conformity with management principles of New York Reputation Institute, global leader in reputational audit and consulting. This index is one of the most demanded in world practice for business efficiency evaluation.
