The boarding pass got jammed in the printer when I was printing it out. What should I do to reprint it?
You can use the Reprint option to print another copy of the boarding pass. Just open your booking and select the Reprint option.
Can miles from flying on other SkyTeam flights be automatically credited to my Aeroflot Bonus account?
Yes, they can be. To do this, provide your member number/present your Aeroflot Bonus card when booking/purchasing tickets or checking in for the flight, i.e. before the flight.
Can Aeroflot Bonus miles be credited to my account when checking in online?
Yes, you can enter your frequent flyer card number when checking in if you did not do so when booking your ticket.
What should I do when I arrive at the airport?
When you arrival at the airport, check the information for your flight on the information board. If you have baggage to check in, go to the baggage drop-off desks. At airports without drop-off desks, you can check in your baggage at any regular check-in desk before check-in closes. Please read the Rules for the Carriage of Baggage and Carry-on Baggage. If the weight or dimensions of your baggage exceed the free allowance, you will have to pay for the excess baggage.
Please keep track of the check-in deadline at the airport. If you only have carry-on baggage and do not need to print out a boarding pass, then upon arrival at the airport you will have to pass through the security screening and, for international carriage, customs and passport control. After passing through the pre-flight screening, check the information board for your gate number and proceed to the departure gate.
Make sure to arrive at the airport well in advance so that you have sufficient time for the pre-flight procedures. The boarding gate closes 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time on your ticket.
Please note: Pursuant to Article 91 of the “Federal Aviation Rules for Air Transportation of Passengers, Baggage, Cargo and Requirements to Passengers Servicing, Consignors and Consignees”, any passenger who is late for the passenger/baggage check-in or for boarding may be denied transportation services.

How can I order a special meal when checking in?
Special meals are prepared in advance, so they must be ordered no later than 36 hours before your flight's scheduled departure. The special meal service cannot be ordered during check-in.
What can I take onboard?
You can read the relevant regulations in the Rules for the Carriage of Baggage and Carry-on Baggage section. You are responsible for the condition of the baggage you choose to take onboard.
When should I arrive at the airport if I am checking-in online?
If you have any baggage to check in, make sure to arrive at the check-in desk for your flight before check-in closes. If you only have carry-on baggage, you should arrive at the departure gate no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time specified in your ticket.

You cannot check in your baggage online. You can check in your baggage at a baggage drop-off desk; at airports without drop-off desks, you can check in your baggage at any regular check-in desk before check-in closes.

How do I check if my flight has been delayed?
You can check your terminal and departure time in the Online Timetable section.
Once at the airport, please refer to the information board located in the departure area to check your flight details.
When I arrived at the airport, I was informed that my flight was delayed.
Passengers are provided services at the airport to keep them comfortable while waiting for a rescheduled flight if their original flight has been delayed/cancelled. Read more in the Flight delay/cancellation section.
What type of aircraft will I be flying in?
The aircraft type mentioned in the timetable or the aircraft type that you might have been informed about when purchasing your ticket may change for technical or operational reasons. Why do I have to provide my passport details when booking and/or checking in?
In accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 114 'On the procedure for the exit from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation' dated 15 August 1996, the air carrier is responsible for checking the availability and validity of the documents required for entering the country of destination, unless otherwise permitted by international treaties of the Russian Federation.
Who can I speak to if I need help or information at the airport?
You can speak to any Aeroflot staff member at the airport. Even if the staff member you approach does not have the information you require, he or she will help you find it.
I have checked-in, but now I want to change my seat. What should I do?
You can use the Change Seat option. To do so, please log into the Online Check-In system again (enter your booking code and surname) and click the Change Seat button. After changing your seat, you will have to print out your new boarding pass with the updated details of your seat and present it at the airport.
What do I do if I cannot locate a vacant seat while checking-in?
This does not mean that the aircraft is overbooked. Due to a number of reasons, not all of the vacant seats are displayed online or at the self check-in kiosks. Please go to the check-in counter at the airport.
I checked myself in and printed out my boarding pass, but I forgot to take it with me. What do I do?
Please go to your flight check-in counter once you are at the airport. One of our staff members will issue a duplicate boarding pass for you. If the airport is equipped with self-service check-in kiosks, you can print out your boarding pass using the Reprint option.

My plans changed after I checked in for the flight, and I will not be going on the flight. What should I do?
If you have not checked any baggage, you can cancel your online check-in yourself.
Instructions for cancelling online check-in
1. Searching for the booking to cancel the check-in.
Go to the Online Check-In page. Enter your booking details under the Select Flight to Check-In section in the Booking Code, Ticket Number, Loyalty Programme Number and Last Name in Latin Characters fields.
2. Scroll down the Online Check-In page and click the Continue button (it will become active after you enter the booking details).
3. Click the X button next to the name of the passenger whose check-in you want to cancel.
4. A form to cancel the check-in will appear. Click the Cancel button to confirm the cancellation.
5. Check-in can only be cancelled if the passenger has not checked in any baggage. If baggage has been checked in, a message will appear informing you that the check-in cannot be cancelled.
6. If the check-in is cancelled, the Online Check-In page will appear. If the booking only contained one passenger, then only the Select Passengers to Check-In section will appear. If the booking contains more than one passenger, then after the check-in is cancelled for one of them, the Select Passengers to Check-In section with the passenger whose check-in was cancelled and the Checked In Passengers section with the other passengers will appear.
If your fare permits, you can call our Contact Centre to change your booking. Please remember that most fares do not allow changes after the scheduled departure, so we strongly advise you to do this in advance.
