To check in, present your ticket and passport to the airline's representative (Aeroflot employee), who will check in your baggage and issue you with a boarding pass specifying your seat number, boarding time and gate number. Check-in closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure. Check-in for Aeroflot Shuttle flights closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Check-in for Aeroflot flights departing from the USA (New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC or Miami), Delhi, Dubai, Tel Aviv and Shanghai closes one hour before the scheduled departure. Check-in for Aeroflot flights departing from Switzerland (Geneva and Zürich) closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.

SkyPriority check-in desks:

  • For business class passengers;

Economy Class

There are usually a lot of Economy class passengers, so more time is required at check-in. Take this into account and make sure you arrive at check-in well in advance. Make sure you have checked in your baggage and that you have all the necessary documents!

Self-service check-in

Save time by using a self-service check-in kiosk and avoid long queues. You can select your seats yourself.

You can use a self-service kiosk even if you have baggage. Check in and collect your boarding pass at a self-service kiosk, then hand in your baggage at the Drop Off desk in your check-in area.

In terminal D, self-service check-in kiosks are located in the departure lounge in front of the check-in line.

 

Advance check-in

As well as a self-service kiosks, you can use online check-in and mobile check-in.

You can check in more than 6 hours before your flight departs.

  • up to 24 hours before departure by using self-service kiosks, online check-in or mobile check-in;
  • up to 12 hours before departure at the check-in desk at the airport. Please note that if there are a lot of people waiting to check in, priority will be given to passengers whose flights are scheduled to depart in less than 6 hours.

Please note: Pursuant to Article 91 of the “Federal Aviation Rules for Air Transportation of Passengers, Baggage, Cargo and Requirements Applicable to the Service of Passengers, Consignors and Consignees”, any passenger who is late for passenger/baggage check-in or for boarding may be refused carriage.

Arrive at check-in in good time to ensure that you check in before it closes!
