Aeroflot Bonus miles validity


Please let us remind you that in 2013 in accordance with the programme rules miles will be expired for those members, who have not flown either with Aeroflot or with SkyTeam alliance within two years (2011 and 2012)*.

In order to prolong the validity of your miles, you need to complete a qualifying flight by the end of the year 2012. In this case, the flight will be credited to your account and all unused miles will be saved.

If you have completed a qualifying flight within the last two years, but somehow it is not counted, you can restore miles manually on your account in order to prolong miles’ validity. ** Please note that the validation of earned miles has to be made within the next three months from the flight date.

Please also note that for miles to be automatically credited to your account, you should present your card number when booking / registering tickets or during a check-in at the airport.

* In accordance with the program rules, all unused miles will be expired if you haven’t flown within the last two calendar years either with Aeroflot, Nordavia, Donavia or partners of the SkyTeam Alliance. Miles accrued via co-branded credit cards or other non-qualifying miles aren’t counted

** While flying via SkyTeam Alliance partners, we kindly ask you to provide us with a copy of your ticket and boarding pass via e-mail: bonus@aeroflot.ru. Aeroflot Bonus reserves the right to request the original boarding passes for each flight segment for confirmation.
