In order to use the funds previously paid for air transportation, Aeroflot PJSC offers you to issue an electronic voucher that can be used as full or partial payment for future air transportation or other services of Aeroflot PJSC.
If the flight has been canceled, additional discounts will be provided for a new flight, when booking with a voucher. Discounts will be higher if original ticket was issued at the MAXIMUM brand.

To apply for a personalized electronic voucher, please fill out the online form bellow for each passenger.
After submitting the application, an electronic voucher will be sent to your email within 20 business days, and an activation code will be sent to the specified phone number within 3 days after that.
If the waiting time has passed and your flight is scheduled for the next 48 hours, please call the Aeroflot PJSC Contact Centre and explain your situation to the operator.
IMPORTANT! To expedite the receipt of the voucher, find your itinerary and enter the First name and Last name exactly as it is indicated on the ticket.
