1. General Terms and Conditions
The main goal of the Aeroflot Benefit loyalty programme for agencies (hereinafter referred to as the 'Programme') is to boost Aeroflot's product performance and expand agency sales of air travel with Aeroflot PJSC (hereinafter referred to as the 'Airline'). An agent is an agency employee who has accepted the terms and conditions for participation in the Aeroflot Benefit programme and who buys air tickets on the airline's website using a discount coupon.
2. Taking part
2.1 To take part in the program you need to be a sales agency employee directly involved in booking and issuing air tickets on Aeroflot flights. Your agency must have a direct agency agreement signed with the airline or be authorized to issue Aeroflot tickets through BSP or TCH. To take part in the program, you can also be an employee working for the official subagents of the abovementioned agents, on condition you have your own access to GDS and can independently book flights for your clients.
2.2 Participation in the Aeroflot-Benefit program is free-of-charge and works on an individual basis for each sales agency employee.
2.3 To start participating, you need to go to the ‘For agents’ page on Aeroflot official website www.aeroflot.ru and fill out a registration form in the Aeroflot-Benefit section. Entering all the necessary details, confirming your data and sending it means you agree to the program’s rules. Each participant is allowed to fill out only one form. If a participant already has a Personal account, he/she should use the relevant e-mail and password to join the program. It is also required for the participant to indicate his/her phone number and agency validation code used to issue Aeroflot tickets:
- Aeroflot’s own validator 555ххххх
- BSP validator 922ххххх
- TCH validator 921ххххх or 923ххххх or 00хххххх
2.4 After registering, the program will send a link to the person’s e-mail he/she will need to click on to confirm registration. The participant will then be sent a second e-mail with an individual code of the Aeroflot-Benefit participant. The link will be valid for 24 hours from the moment it’s been received.
2.5 You’ll officially start participating in the program from the day you are assigned active status, after the program sends you an individual code.
2.6 By joining, the participant accepts that Aeroflot will now be transmitting and using his/her registration data as part of the Aeroflot-Benefit program. Acceptance of participation lasts for a specific amount of time (i.e. the period of taking part in the program), but can also be recalled at any moment by participant’s written notification.
2.7 Joining the program means the participant accepts the rules laid out by Aeroflot on its website www.aeroflot.ru, as well as any changes or amendments to the rules that may be made and published on its website.
3. Personal account
3.1 Registering in the program gives you access to your Personal account on www.aeroflot.ru website. That’s where you can get information on your account’s status, current offers and their terms. You’ll also be able to view or change your registration data and purchase bonus coupons for the points you’ve accrued in the program.
3.2 Being the program’s member means that you are now fully responsible for safeguarding your secret password, which you entered during registration and used to access Personal account, as well as for the consequences if the secret password is lost or if your accrued points are used by third parties. If you lose your secret password, you can still get a new one by means of special functions available on Aeroflot website.
3.3 The airline will guarantee the correctness of data display in the participant’s Personal account only if that participant makes sure his/her device used to access the Personal account has the following technical characteristics:
- ОС Windows XP and latest versions;
- Display resolution 800*600 and higher;
- Browser:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and higher;
- Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and higher;
- Google Chrome 19 and higher;
- Opera 9.0 and higher;
- Safari 5.0.5 and higher;
- Internet connection with access speed of at least 1Mbit/s.
4. Changing registration data
4.1 Every participant of the program is responsible for changing his or her registration data in a timely manner.
4.2 Changing the e-mail address can be done through the Personal account.
4.3 Other registration data can be changed by sending a request via e-mail (benefit@aeroflot.ru) to Aeroflot-Benefit program’s manager.
5. Points accrual
5.1 Aeroflot-benefit program uses points as units of measure. Accrued points are merely a marketing tool to encourage ticket sales employees in their operations – they are non-monetary equivalents used solely to keep track of completed flights issued by the participant. Points don’t have stated or any other value.
5.2 You’ll be assigned an individual code (alphanumeric code) upon registration. This code is unique to each participant and helps us to identify you in a booking system and in your Personal account.
5.3 As a participant, you are allowed to have only one code. Your account and accrued points cannot be transferred, combined with accounts and points of other program’s participants or with the points accrued in analogous agency encouragement programs of other airlines. It’s not allowed to give, bequeath or sell your member’s account and accrued points.
To accrue points, your individual participant’s code must be entered into reservation during ticket issuance using the below remarks:
- For Sabre bookings: 3OTHS/participant’s code;
- For Amadeus bookings: SROTHSSU-participant’s code;
- For Galileo bookings: V.ASU*participant’s code;
- For Sirena-2000 bookings: 3ПРОЧ participant’s code.
Participant’s code is alphanumeric code (Ex: A1L1111111P).Keep in mind that you are not allowed to enter this remark with the participant’s code after commencement of the scheduled flight.
5.4 Points are accrued in accordance with the Aeroflot-Benefit program’s offer conditions.
5.5 Programme points are only credited for tickets with the prefix 555 (Aeroflot PJSC's own stock and BSP and TCH neutral stocks) for flight segments with the code SU on scheduled flights with Aeroflot PJSC and its subsidiaries: Rossiya Airlines JSC; Aurora Airlines JSC (1 flight segment = 105 bonus points).
5.6 Points are not credited for the following tickets:
- group, corporate, tour operator, marine and other negotiated fares;
- promotional fares;
- if the programme member's validator does not match the validator specified in the issued ticket.
5.7 Points accrual happens in the course of 5 (five) days after the corresponding air ticket coupon (that meets the offer’s requirements) is used. No points will be accrued if the coupon is not used, cancelled (VOID), exchanged or refunded.
5.8 If the air ticket coupon falls under several offers at once, only one sum of the points (the highest possible) will be accrued. A single coupon’s points, accrued under different offers, cannot be added together.
5.9 Points’ validity period is 5 (five) years from the date of accrual. However, if in the course of 6 (six) months the participant remains inactive and no points are accrued in his/her member’s account, the program’s managers have the right to block the account, cancel all of the points and deactivate his/her individual participant’s code with a notification sent via e-mail.
6. Awarding bonus coupons
6.1 You will be awarded a discount coupon as a bonus for the points you’ve accrued. You can then use it to buy Aeroflot ticket. The coupon’s cost in accrued points varies depending on its nominal value. You can view the list of available coupons in your Personal account.
6.2 Bonuses are awarded only if a participant has enough points accrued in the member’s account.
6.3 You can purchase a discount coupon in exchange for the accrued points online through your Personal account. The needed number of points will be withdrawn from your account to reach the coupon’s value.
6.4 The discount coupon can be redeemed upon purchase of an air ticket on the Aeroflot PJSC website www.aeroflot.ru (accessible from desktop computers and from mobile devices connected to the Internet).
6.5 A coupon’s discount is applied only to the fare. Taxes and fees must be paid in full. Paying an extra charge as per the fare, as well as paying taxes and fees in case of online ticketing can be done in the following ways:
- at Aeroflot offices;
- Online bank;
- Sberbank;
- Mobile phone.
6.6 A coupon will be valid only for tickets purchased on Aeroflot regular flights or flights of the airline’s subsidiaries operated under SU code: JSC “Rossiya Airlines”; JSC “Aurora Airlines”.
6.7 One bonus coupon can be used to purchase only one ticket.
6.8 You can use bonus coupons to purchase air tickets both for yourself (as the program’s participant), as well as for other people (family members, relatives, your friends).
6.9 A bonus coupon has no monetary equivalent and cannot be converted into cash.
6.10 The airline reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses and restrict their availability in periods of increased air travel demand.
6.11 Standard fare rules applied when issuing air tickets will also apply when issuing discount coupon tickets.
6.12 If an air ticket issued with a bonus coupon is cancelled or refunded, the program’s participant will not get his points back.
6.13 Discount coupons will not be valid on the routes MOW-UUS, MOW-PKC, MOW-GDX, MOW-KHV, MOW-VVO, SVO-SIP, SVO-KGD and back.
6.14 Flight restrictions are set every year from 23 December to 10 January for award tickets.
7. Legal liability of parties
7.1 Considering the fact that the legislation of some countries may contain restrictions regarding the extent to which agency encouragement programs may be implemented, PJSC “Aeroflot" (to heed such laws) reserves the right to change the legal requirements for the program’s participants or change the content of the program considering the legislation of a given country, without prior notification to the program’s participants.
7.2 Disputes related to the Aeroflot-Benefit program are subject to consideration by a general jurisdiction court at the location of PJSC “Aeroflot” in line with the Russian legislation.
8. Concluding remarks
8.1 Aeroflot-Benefit program is not a public offer. Joining the program does not mean entering into an agreement as a result of announcing a public offer and does not entail any binding relationship between Aeroflot and the participants that joined it. The company reserves the right to change the program’s rules and conditions at any time without prior notice to the participants. The amended conditions will appear on Aeroflot official website.
8.2 The airline also reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify or terminate the existing points accrual offers or add new ones.
8.3 It is not allowed to sell and exchange bonus coupons, or to auction them off, which is deemed a misuse of the awarded coupons/accrued points (commercial use). Aeroflot has the right to reach its own conclusion regarding the commercial use of the awarded bonus tickets, based on any available information, including information in print publications, online and media outlets, on the basis of requests and complaints of passengers, or after carrying out its own internal investigation.
8.4 The airline reserves the right to block an individual from participating in the program for any period of time, delete (terminate) his/her member’s account, cancel all accrued points, disable the participant’s individual code and deny him/her any subsequent registration in the following cases: if the participant violates the rules and conditions of the Aeroflot-Benefit program, the rules of passenger conduct during pre-flight services or on board the company’s aircraft, as well as in cases of violating the rules and instructions of booking and issuing Aeroflot tickets.
8.5 Aeroflot reserves the right to cancel the Aeroflot-Benefit program altogether with prior notice to the participant two months before the planned cancellation date. In this case, the bonus coupons purchased for the points accrued before the program’s cancellation date can be used in line with the conditions prevailing on the date of purchase.
8.6 In case there are disagreements on how to interpret and apply the present Guide’s rules and conditions or other documents relating to the Aeroflot-Benefit program, arising from inaccuracy of translation into other languages, the original Russian text of this Guide and of other documents shall be the main source of reference.
8.7 Any disputes that may arise between the airline and the program’s participant shall be governed by the Russian legislation.
8.8 Any points and/or awarded bonuses accrued illegitimately will be deemed invalid and cancelled.
8.9 The program’s participant carries full responsibility in the event of an intentional or unintentional input of contact data (used to send the participant information notices) that does not belong to him/her, including phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
