Thierry Mona has been improving his skills for 30 years. And now, flying with us gives you a great chance to solve his culinary secrets and discover new unforgettable tastes.

Within his professional career Kamel Benmamar has worked for the most top Michelin-starred restaurants in France and in London. After a successful launch of new restaurant projects in Morocco and Casablanca Kamel moved to Moscow and in a year became the chef of Arkady Novikov’s group restaurant "Vanil". Conciseness, elegancy and best quality ingredients make the Kamel’s style of cooking extraordinary. New Aeroflot onboard menu traditionally offers you to try delicious desserts cooked according to his recipes.

Silvia Baracchi was born in the heart of Tuscany, Cortonа. She has been in love with the local cuisine since her childhood. Нer passion for delicious food and interest in traditions she gained from her family with a long history. Silvia is a Michelin-starred chef and is famous for her modern complex diches easily cooked. Our new menu offers you to taste author’s exclusive dishes also served in “Il Falconiere” restaurant with Silvia as its owner and the chef Nika Belotserkovskaya ( also known in the Net as Belonika) is a Russian gastronomic and internet icon, the author of the best-selling cookery books and founder of culinary schools in France and Italy. Belonika’s culinary art is a smart combination of Michelin star chefs’ regales and home-cooking recipes from Tuscan and Provence traditional cuisines. Belonika is a true cooking master, she creates extraordinary delicious things with a mixture of genius and simplicity and inspired by the her gastronomic journeys across the world.
