"Aeroflot – Russian Airlines" aviation company is about to begin operation of information and self-supporting booking kiosks at company’s sales offices. First kiosk today has started operation at Aeroflot office at 21, Petrovka Street. This service allows passengers to look through the flight schedule list, choose direction, departure date and make booking using intuitive user oriented interface.
Upon completion of the procedure the system will automatically issue receipt of booking confirmation to be shown to the Company’s sales offices operators along with the passenger’s passport for ticket processing.
Implementation of this new booking technology will shorten waiting time at the ticketing offices and significantly simplify ticketing procedure.
First of all new terminals will be installed at Aeroflot’s own sales offices at: Frunzenskaya Naberezhnaya, 4; Yeniseyskaya Street, 19; Petrovka Street, 21.
