Aeroflot Loyalty Program is admitted to be one of the Best in the World

At the Annual Freddie Awards presentation ceremony Aeroflot was admitted to be the best in Best Bonus Promotion nomination. Besides, in nominations Best Member Communications and Best Web Site the Russian National Airline Company won the second place losing hundredth of the point to the leaders.

Freddie Awards was named in honor of Sir Freddie Laker who was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II for his contribution to commercial aviation and the British economy. The Contest has been held for 17 years already, and here judges are travelers of airline companies of the world who vote for some carrier estimating the level of bonus programs for frequently traveling passengers. They vote just via Internet, this year more than 300 000 travelers participated in it.

According to Aeroflot Marketing Department Tatiana Zotova, Aeroflot participates in Freddie Awards just for the second time but high appreciation in three nominations at once is the evidence of the company dynamic developing, improving its image, getting more attractive for passengers from different countries of the world. “We are grateful to our passengers for they decided in Aeroflot favor”, - Tatiana Zotova said.
