Aeroflot Celebrates 45th Anniversary of Flights to Zagreb, Croatia

31 May 2017, Moscow. — Today, Aeroflot celebrates 45th anniversary of regular flights to Zagreb, Croatia. The service was launched in 1972 from Moscow on Tu-134 aircraft under the agreement between USSR and Yugoslavia. As per S2017 schedule, Aeroflot operates daily flights SU2040/2041 on the route Moscow – Zagreb – Moscow  from Terminal Е of Sheremetyevo airport on comfortable Airbus А320 aircraft. Departure time from Moscow is 10:20; arrival in Zagreb is at 12:30 (local time).

To celebrate the anniversary Aeroflot representative office in Zagreb, which also marks 45th year since foundation, held a special event. The official part of the event agenda featured a presentation of the airline’s services for sales and ground handling agents.

Zagreb is the capital and largest city in Croatia. It is a city boasting rich cultural heritage, transportation hub connecting Central Europe and the Adriatic coast. Noteworthy, Zagreb is a sister-city of Saint-Petersburg.
