Rules for Hand Luggage Carriage
Passengers are responsible for their own hand luggage carriage.
Rules for transporting hand luggage in the aircraft cabin:
Please note that, for safe placement of carry-on baggage under the front seat or on a baggage rack, its’ dimensions shall not exceed 55 cm in length, 40 cm in width, and 20 cm in height.
When checking in for a flight, your hand luggage must be weighed and tagged. If your hand luggage exceeds the permissible limits in weight and/or dimensions, it must be checked in.
Hand baggage allowances apply only on Aeroflot flights, but not on code-share flights, where the carrier's rates apply.
The overall dimensions of carry-on luggage must not exceed 115 cm.
In addition to hand luggage, the following items are allowed in the aircraft cabin:
- walking stick/cane
- bouquet of flowers
- laptop computer, camera, video camera
- magazines, newspapers, books
- baby food
- suit holdall
- cell telephone
- bag with Duty Free purchases
Passengers are not required to have these items weighed, checked in or labelled.
