The recipes for our new menu have been created by a world-class team of professionals: in addition to delightful dishes by Thierry Mona, catering company Aeromar Kamel Benmamar,“Ryby net” (“No fish”), restaurant «White Rabbit», Sergey Suschenko who is the Executive Chef of «RestArt» restaurant holding company with one of its projects - “Chaihona №1” restaurant group by Vasilchuk brothers.

We are pleased to offer you our new menu developed by Mr.Thierry Mona - Executive Chef of world leading flight catering company LSG Sky Chefs who has a wealth of culinary experience in business aviation throughout Europe and USA. He is a member of chefs team serving the Commonwealth of nations. Thierry Mona has been improving his skills for 30 years. And now, flying with us gives you a great chance to solve his culinary secrets and discover new unforgettable tastes.

Within his professional career Kamel Benmamar has worked for the most top Michelin-starred restaurants in France and in London. After a successful launch of new restaurant projects in Morocco and Casablanca Kamel moved to Moscow and in a year became the chef of Arkady Novikov’s group restaurant "Vanil". Conciseness, elegancy and best quality ingredients make the Kamel’s style of cooking extraordinary. New Aeroflot onboard menu traditionally offers you to try delicious desserts cooked according to his recipes.

Our onboard menu has been developed with the participation of Sergey Suschenko who is the Executive Chef of «RestArt» restaurant holding company with one of its projects - “Chaihona №1” restaurant group by Vasilchuk brothers

Sergey collects new recipes from all over the world. He has been trained in the renowned Michelin restaurant “Imago” headed by Francesco Apreda – one of the most well-known Rome citizens. He also studied Mediterranean cuisine in Greece. From the very beginning of “Chaihona №1” project Sergey has been bringing Uzbek dishes to perfection and working on European recipes. He always finds unique solutions to include something new, unexpected and delicious to the menu.
