Terms and Conditions (valid from 01.03.2017)
These Aeroflot Bonus Programme Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) set out a public offer of PJSC “Aeroflot”, extended to all persons concerned with respect to participation in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Regulations without prejudice as to the acceptance deadline and an option of early withdrawal of the offer.
Registration of an individual in the manner prescribed in Section 2 of these Regulations shall constitute acceptance of the offer. Furthermore, any of the following shall constitute acceptance of the offer (including changes to its terms and conditions):
- a Member’s continuing actions related to Programme membership following the publication of amended Regulations on the website of PJSC “Aeroflot” (www.aeroflot.ru). In this case, the Member shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Regulations by committing conclusive action;
- in the absence of the above actions, the Member opts out not to give notice of withdrawal from participation in the Programme within 60 calendar days of the date of publication of amended Regulations. In this case, the Member shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Regulations in the default mode. By accepting, the Member confirms that he/she fully and unconditionally agrees to all the terms and conditions of this offer (these Programme Regulations).
Aeroflot – Public Joint Stock Company “Aeroflot - Russian Airlines”, established in accordance with Resolution No.267 of the Russian Federation dated 01.04.1993 and Resolution No.314 dated 12.04.1993. The company ensures air carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail, and provides services based on the certificate of the operator and relevant licenses.
Aeroflot Bonus Programme (or Programme or Aeroflot Bonus) – a programme implemented by PJSC “Aeroflot” for its customers, according to which Programme Participants earn Miles, which can be used to obtain tickets and other awards in accordance with the Rules of the Program.
SkyTeam Alliance – an international alliance of air carriers, of which Aeroflot is a member.
Partner Airlines – all airlines included in the SkyTeam Alliance.
Partner Bank – a financial and credit institution, with which Aeroflot has signed a contract, under which it provides for the implementation of joint issuance of payment cards, as well as the accrual of Miles for banking services.
Temporary Card – a Programme card containing only the personal account number assigned to the client until the moment of his/her registration as a Programme Participant.
Member Card (Card) – a personal membership card, which contains the Participant’s first name and family name, information on the Participant’s personal account number, the Participant’s status, and the Card expiry date. The Card is the property of Aeroflot.
Awards Catalogue – a section of the Programme Site designed to process Awards of Programme Partners.
Service Class – scope of services and level of comfort provided to passengers in accordance with the air carriage agreement.
Booking Code (PNR – Personal Name Record) – a personal reservation number that is automatically assigned to the passenger at the time of booking.
Code-share – joint operation of flights, a form of cooperation between two or more airlines, one of which directly carries out air carriage, being the actual carrier, and other airlines that are entitled to sell tickets for flights as marketing partners.
Contact Center – Aeroflot information and booking services. Moscow: +7 (495) 223-55-55, Russia: 8 (800) 444-55-55.
Personal Account – a personal section of the website where the Participant can manage his/her personal account in the Programme.
Miles – a basic unit of the Programme. Miles, accrued in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme, are a marketing tool to promote the loyalty of frequent flyers, and are non-monetary conditional units used exclusively to calculate the number of services that the client has used; Miles do not have any declared or other value.
- Qualifying Miles – Miles earned by a Participant for completing Aeroflot regular flights, or those of Programme Partner Airlines, depending on the distance and booking class. Qualifying Miles can be used to obtain Awards, as well as to obtain or confirm the Participant’s Elite Level (qualifying for the Elite Level).
- Non-qualifying Miles – Miles additionally earned by the Programme Participant for Partner services, special offers and other Programmes. It also includes Elite Miles earned by Elite Club Members. These Miles can only be used to obtain Awards and are not taken into account for level classification.
Open-Jaw Route – different open round-trip routes, which includes an open groundbourne part of the itinerary, where the passenger:
- on the return flight, departs from a different airport than he/she originally arrived at.
- on the return flight, arrives at a different airport than he/she originally departed from.
Stopover – a long scheduled stop (over 24 hours) on the way from the departure point and destination point due to no connecting flight being available on the day of arrival or by the passenger’s decision.
Password – a secret conditional word or set of characters enabling the Participant to access his/her Personal Account. The password is used to protect against unauthorized access to the My Account Service.
Programme Partners – companies that have signed an agreement providing for a Miles Accrual Programme with regard to the purchase of goods, works, and services provided by these companies and/or the possibility for Participants to use their Miles for goods, works, and services.
Personal Account (hereinafter referred to as the “Account”) – the account of the Programme Participant, which shows the balance of Miles, the Participant’s status, and transactions on Miles accrual and deduction. The Personal Account number is indicated on the membership card and identifies the Programme Participant.
Personal Identification Number (hereinafter referred to as the “PIN-code”) – a four-digit code obtained by the Participant in his/her Personal Account, which is required to authenticate the Participant.
Flight documentation – a package of documents, consisting of the original/copy of the itinerary (whereby the following are specified: ticket number, flight number, booking class, date of flight), printed bookings with obligatory indication of the ticket number, and originals/copies of boarding passes.
Flight segment – a section of air carriage performed by a carrier between one departure point and one destination point, without changing the flight number, service class, or stopover. For example, Moscow-Vienna - one flight segment, Vienna-Moscow - second flight segment.
Award – an incentive, according to which Aeroflot gives the Programme Participant the opportunity to receive goods, works, or services proposed by Aeroflot, Partner Airlines and Programme Partners in exchange for earned Miles.
- Bonus ticket – a ticket for any regular flight operated by Aeroflot or Partner Airlines, received in exchange for deduction of a certain number of Miles.
- Bonus upgrade – accrued Miles used for upgrade from Economy Class to Comfort Class or Business Class, and from Comfort Class to Business Class provided the Participant has a confirmed booking issued for a Fare Group allowing upgrades.
- Partner Bonus – goods, work, or service of a Partner, received in exchange for deduction of a certain number of Miles.
Prefix code – fixed combination of characters in the fare code written on the ticket.
Aeroflot flights – SU-coded flights operated by PJSC “Aeroflot” and its subsidiaries, (Joint Stock Company “Rossiya Airlines”, Joint Stock Company “Aurora Airlines”).
Programme Website – Aeroflot Bonus Programme on the website: www.aeroflot.ru.
Fellow Travellers Service – a service whereby the Participant can draw up a list of fellow travellers in his/her Personal Account by adding other Participants to his/her Travellers list, subject to their consent, and can use the information on his/her Fellow Travellers to book and issue tickets on the PJSC “Aeroflot” website.
SkyTeam Alliance Status – Elite and Elite Plus.
Space+ Service – услуга по выбору мест повышенной комфортности (место в ряду с увеличенным шагом кресла) в салонах воздушного судна экономического класса обслуживания на ближнемагистральных, среднемагистральных и дальнемагистральных рейсах.
Devices for reading data on Cards – software and hardware designed for reading identification information on magnetic stripe cards in accordance with, but not limited to, the Russian National Standard ISO/IEC 7811.
Participant/Member – a person participating in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme, who accepts and complies with the present Rules.
Elite Member level – Participant’s status in the Programme, depending on the Member’s participation in flights and additional available benefits.
2.1. General Rules
2.1.1. Any passenger over 12 years of age may become a Participant of the Aeroflot Bonus Programme. Passengers from 2 to 12 years of age may register in the Aeroflot Junior Bonus Programme, and after their twelfth birthday may continue to participate in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme with the same account number.
2.1.2. Participation in the Programme is free and individual.
2.1.3. Each Participant may register only once in the Programme.
2.1.4. Registration options: online registration on the Programme Website in «Join the Programme», registration using a Temporary Card, which can be obtained in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices, in the onboard journal “Aeroflot”, or in brochures that can be found at Programme Partner outlets. Registration is carried out through the Partner Bank with reference to the Programme Partner.
2.1.5. The date of commencement of Programme participation shall be the date of the Participant’s registration or the activation of the Temporary Card on the Website.
2.1.6. If the Participant registers on the Website, he/she shall receive an additional 500 (five hundred) welcoming Miles. No welcoming Miles shall be awarded if other methods of registration are used. Welcoming Miles are non-qualifying.
2.1.7. When joining the Programme, Participants give their consent that PJSC “Aeroflot” (10 Arbat St., Moscow, 119002) and its authorized representatives may process their personal data, including their names, date of birth, gender, postal address and e-mail address, telephone number, passport data, or for any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) related to their personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, granting access), depersonalization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data using automated means, including information and telecommunication networks, or without using such means, if personal data processing corresponds to the nature of these actions (operations) performed with personal data using automated means, that is, it permits search of personal data recorded on a physical carrier and stored in files or other systematic collections of personal data in accordance with a given algorithm and (or) access to such personal data, as well as transfer (including trans-border transfer) of personal data to authorized representatives of PJSC “Aeroflot” in order to implement the Aeroflot Bonus Programme. Participants give their consent that other Participants and PJSC “Aeroflot” may process their personal date in order to add them to the Fellow Travellers list or add other Participants to their Fellow Travellers list. For each specific Participant and PJSC Aeroflot this agreement shall be deemed granted by sending or accepting another Participant’s offer about adding him/her to the Fellow Travellers list. Participants confirm that the Fellow Traveller’s and their own personal data submitted to PJSC “Aeroflot” - first name, family name, patronymic, information about the date and place of birth, residence address, telephone numbers, passport data, and e-mail addresses - are valid and can be processed by PJSC “Aeroflot” and its authorized representatives according to the stated purpose. The consent is given for a specific period of participation in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme (and before expiry of five (5) years after the end of the year, during which participation in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme has been ceased), and may be withdrawn at any time by Participants by giving written notice.
2.1.8. After a minimum accrual of 2,000 miles on the Personal Account, a Card shall be issued and sent to the Participant. Aeroflot shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage to any documents of the Aeroflot Bonus Programme that may be caused by postal services.
2.1.9. In order to receive this Card, Participants must indicate true and reliable information on their actual residence. Aeroflot shall not be responsible for non-delivery of the Card to the Participant if the latter fails to carry out his obligations in terms of providing correct personal data.
2.1.10. If the Participant’s Card has not been received or the Card has been damaged on reception (the front of the Card is not readable, the magnetic strip on the reverse side of the Card is damaged), the Participant must submit a request for a duplicate Card by e-mail or use the «Feedback»form, specifying the place of delivery (Aeroflot office/branch/representative office) or a valid postal address. The request must specify the reason for the duplicate order.
2.1.11. Programme Participants must subscribe to SMS-Informing service provided free of charge. SMS-Informing enables Participants to receive SMS-messages about transactions performed on their account, and other information and service communications. To issue Awards in the Personal Account, Participants are required to identify themselves through SMS-Informing with a verification code. To subscribe to SMS-Informing, Participants must specify the mobile phone number where they will receive text messages.
2.2. Password to Access Personal Account
2.2.1. Participants must have a password to access their Personal Account, account management, information on their account status, view and change personal data, enter information about unrecorded flights, and obtain Awards presented in the Awards Catalogue.
2.2.2. Each registered Participant may create a password in his Personal Account, which will be known only to him/her. To receive the password, please follow the instructions below:
- when registering in the Programme via the Partner Bank: follow the link “Personal Account” → “Activate Personal Account for joint credit cards”, and fill in the application form«Access to Aeroflot Bonus Account. »
- when registering in the Programme with a Temporary Card: follow the link “Personal Account” → “Activate Temporary Card”, and fill in the application form «Activate Aeroflot Bonus Temporary Card».
2.2.3. When registering in the Programme in real time, Participants must immediately create a Password on the Website.
2.2.4. If the Password is lost, it is possible to obtain a new one via a special online functionality – «Recover Password».
2.2.5. Participants can change their password in their Personal Account on the Programme Website.
2.2.6. Participants shall be fully responsible for keeping their Password confidential and for any consequences resulting from divulgation of their Password to third parties.
2.3. Personal Identification Number
2.3.1. A Personal Identification Number (hereinafter referred to as the “PIN-code”) is required to authenticate Participants, which Aeroflot or Programme Partners may require to deduct Miles from the Participant’s Account for a Programme Award.
2.3.2. The PIN-code is generated in the Personal Account on the Programme Website, and is known only to the Participants.
2.3.3. Participants shall be fully responsible for keeping their PIN-codes confidential, as well as for any consequences due to loss of their PIN-codes, including third parties using the Participant’s Miles.
2.3.4. If the PIN-code is lost, a new PIN-code must be generated in the Participant’s Personal Account in order to prevent third parties from using it.
2.4. Modifying Personal Data
2.4.1. Each Participant shall be responsible for maintaining the relevance of his/her personal data in his/her Personal Account on the Programme Website.
2.4.2. Participants can modify their personal data - telephone number, address, and e-mail address - in their Personal Account on the Programme Website. Any changes to the mobile phone number or e-mail address specified at the time of subscription to SMS-informing shall be carried out through SMS-confirmation.
2.4.3. Personal information (first name/family name, postal/e-mail address, telephone number) can be modified in the following way:
- Using «Contact Us».
- Sending a request to Aeroflot Bonus via email. mail:email@example.com.
- Filling out the request form in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices, and providing a copy of the Participant’s passport. Personal data shall be modified only after the Participant has been identified and authenticated by an Aeroflot employee.
2.4.4. Requests written on application forms or in any other form and sent to the Programme must bear the Participant’s signature (parents/guardians/trustees of the Participant) and his individual number in the Programme (Card number).
2.4.5. Family names/first names/telephone numbers can be modified after the Participant’s written application has been received. Applications to modify family names/first names must be accompanied by copies of supporting documents (new passport, marriage certificate, divorce, etc.). If an account is opened with a joint Card from the Partner Bank, it is necessary to first modify data in the Bank.
2.5. Aeroflot Junior Bonus Programme
2.5.1. The Aeroflot Junior Bonus Programme shall be subject to the rules, terms and conditions, and restrictions stipulated in Aeroflot Bonus.
2.5.2. The child’s documents (birth certificate or passport), and passport details of parents/guardians/trustees, including details of trusteeship documents shall be required for registration in the Aeroflot Junior Bonus Programme.
2.5.3. Restoration of Miles for flights made by Aeroflot Bonus Junior Members is governed by the basic rules set forth in clause 3. The Member must be at least 2 years old at the time of flight.
2.5.4. Aeroflot Bonus Junior Participants can use their Miles for Awards only with written permission from parents/guardians/trustees. The application form for an Award must contain the passport details of parents/guardians/trustees and their signatures. The application for an Award, a copy of the Participant’s birth certificate, and copies of passports of parents/guardians/trustees must be submitted when the Award is submitted.
2.5.5. An Award on behalf of an Aeroflot Junior Bonus Participant can be issued only by parents/guardians/trustees.
2.5.6. Bonus tickets, Bonus upgrades, or Awards issued by Programme Partners shall not be available to Aeroflot Junior Bonus Programme Participants.
2.5.7. If the Membership Card is lost, the Aeroflot Junior Bonus Programme Participant shall receive a free duplicate.
3.1. General Rules
3.1.1. The Mile is the main calculation unit of the Programme. Qualifying and non-qualifying Miles are added to the Participant’s Programme Account.
3.1.2. Each Programme Participant can have only one Personal Account in the Programme. The Participant’s Account and accrued Miles may not be transferred or combined with accounts and other Miles of other Aeroflot Bonus Programme Participants or other loyalty Programmes. The Participant’s Account and Miles cannot be transferred, willed, bought or sold to other persons. Miles can be donated to the accounts of Programme Partners, namely to charity funds in accordance with paragraph 4.11.
3.1.3. Miles can be earned by travelling on scheduled flights operated by Aeroflot and according to Fare Programmes of Partner Airlines participating in Miles accrual, as well as by purchasing goods, works, or services provided by Programme Partners.
3.1.4. Miles for Aeroflot flights, Partner Airline Programmes or paid goods, works, and services offered by Partners are accrued on the Participant’s account only once, to only one loyalty Programme, regardless of the number of tickets, or goods, works and services that he/she purchased.
3.1.5. Participants may not use Miles accrued in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme for Awards in other loyalty Programmes.
3.1.6. Real-time information on account status shall be available in the Participant’s Personal Account on the Programme Website. To access his/her Personal Account, the Participant must specify his/her number and Password. Information on account balance, the number of qualifying miles and flight segments for the current calendar year may be obtained free of charge through “Balance Request”, by sending a special SMS-request “01” to: + 7-985-223-55-55. The service is provided on condition that the Participant has subscribed to SMS-informing.
3.2. Earning Frequent Flyer Miles
3.2.1. Miles shall be accrued according to the distance in miles between the departure and arrival airports.
3.2.2. Miles shall be accrued only for completed flights.
3.2.3. Programme Participants can earn qualifying Miles as a percentage of the distance, depending on the fare specified in the ticket.
3.2.4. For flights of less than 500 miles, the Participant’s account shall be credited with 500 miles. If there is a valid agreement between Aeroflot and a Partner Airline, whereby the Participant is offered another procedure for calculating the number of Miles in such a case, the procedure for calculating the number of Miles specified in the terms and conditions of the partner agreement shall be applied. The procedure for calculating and accruing Miles shall be indicated in Partners.
3.2.5. Elite Participants shall be awarded additional non-qualifying miles for each flight operated by Aeroflot or Programme Partner Airlines.
3.2.6. Miles are earned for each flight segment. If the ticket was purchased under a fare that is not eligible for earning Miles, no Miles will be accrued for the flight segment, and the segment will be ignored.
3.2.7. The Programme allows a Participant to earn qualifying miles on all regular Aeroflot flights performed during the six months prior to the Participant’s date of registration in the Programme, according to fares counted in Miles accrual. If the flights are to be taken into account, the Participant must enter information on his/her completed flights in Personal Account under “Miles Accrual” or send flight documentation (a copy of the itinerary receipt and original/copy of boarding passes) to Aeroflot Bonus not later than three (3) months from the date of registration.
3.2.8. Miles awarded for flights operated by Aeroflot or Partner Airlines shall be automatically accrued on the Participant’s account within ten (10) days after the date of the flight provided that the Participant’s number has been entered into the booking system.
3.2.9. Miles accrual on Aeroflot flights: Miles are not credited for tickets paid at the following rates: group fares (prefix code GV), special fares (prefix PX, BRV and MED), subsidized fares (prefix code SO, GO, MFRF, GC, GA), free (prefix code CERT), with 50% or more discount on fares, as well as service and award tickets, and tickets issued in O, X, F, G, and V classes. Carriage to some destinations, carriage within the framework of SkyTeam (prefix code SKY), and under special contracts (prefix code SC and OF) are subject to accrual rules in accordance with the passenger’s booking class. For Business Class tickets (prefix code PASS, EPS, CPS and BPS), miles accrual shall be calculated in accordance with the OPTIMUM fare group. For Aeroflot tickets issued at rates imposed by other airlines, miles shall be credited in accordance with the passenger’s booking class. 3.2.10. Accrual of Miles on Partner Airlines’ flights: miles are accrued only for those flights that were made after the date of registration in the Programme. Miles will not be accrued for Bonus tickets, tickets purchased under certain types of special fares, charter flight tickets and flights under Partner Airlines’ codes if the flight is operated by an airline which is not a member of the SkyTeam Alliance. Accrual of Miles on Partner Airlines’ codeshare flights is subject to certain restrictions. For details, see the Partners section.
3.2.11. If Aeroflot or a Partner Airline cancels a flight for technical reasons, weather conditions, or any other reason, Miles for this unused ticket cannot be accrued.
3.2.12. If the Participant is forced to transfer to another flight operated by Aeroflot or a Partner Airline, the itinerary of which is different from his/her original one, Miles shall be accrued to the Participant in accordance with the actual completion of the flight.
3.2.13. If the flight is cancelled and the Participant is transferred to a flight operated by another airline that is not a Programme Partner, Miles earned on the original ticket shall not be accrued.
For automated crediting of Miles, it is indispensable that the date of birth and the spelling of the surname/name in the booking match the data provided for the purposes of the Programme. If, due to a technical failure, Miles are not credited within 10 days of the date of a transaction/operation that qualifies for crediting of Miles, the Member shall proceed in accordance with Paragraph 3.3.
Moscow-Kazan and return/Moscow-Rostov-on-Don and return/Khabarovsk,Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and return.
3.3. Claiming Missing Miles
3.3.1. Participants can claim Miles for unrecorded flights within three (3) months from the flight date. Unrecorded flights are flights that are ticketed according to fares providing for Miles accrual, and which have not been counted on the Participant’s account within ten (10) days after the flight even if the Participant presented his/her Card at the time of booking or at flight check-in.
3.3.2. In order to earn Miles for Aeroflot flights, Participants must enter data on their completed flights into their Personal Account on the Website in the “Miles Accrual” section. Information is accepted not earlier than fourteen (14) days after the flight. After verification and confirmation, the Miles shall automatically be accrued on their account within five (5) calendar days.
3.3.3. Participants can use «Contact us» on the Aeroflot site or fill in the Claim Form for Missing Flights attaching the required flight documentation for submission to the Aeroflot sales office or to the representation so as to have these Miles accrued for travels on flights operated with Aeroflot or Partner Airlines. In this case, the information shall be verified and validated within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the claim and flight documentation by Aeroflot Bonus.
3.3.4. To claim missing Miles for a completed journey on an Aeroflot flight, Participants must provide the following flight documentation:
- If an electronic ticket was used - the original/copy of the itinerary receipt (which specifies: the ticket number, flight number, booking class, and flight date), a booking printout with obligatory indication of the ticket number, and originals/copies of boarding passes.
- If a paper ticket was used - the original/copy of the paper ticket, and originals/copies of boarding passes.
3.3.5. To claim missing Miles for a completed journey on flights operated by Partner Airlines, Participants must provide the following flight documentation:
- If an electronic ticket was used - the original/copy of the itinerary receipt (which specifies: the ticket number, flight number, booking class, and flight date), a booking printout with obligatory indication of the ticket number, and originals/copies of boarding passes.
- If a paper ticket was used - the original/copy of the paper ticket, and originals/copies of boarding passes.
3.3.6. Aeroflot cannot guarantee Miles accrual in the absence of flight documentation.
3.3.7. Aeroflot reserves the right to verify the legality of Miles accrual through flight documentation for one (1) year from the flight date. Flight documentation submitted to Aeroflot Bonus for Miles accrual shall not be returned.
3.4. Miles Accrual for Partner Services
3.4.1. Programme Participants can earn Miles for goods, works, and services provided by Programme Partners, in accordance with agreements concluded with these Partners.
3.4.2. Miles for goods, works and services offered by Partners shall be awarded to Participants after registration in the Programme; they are non-qualifying and can only be used for Awards (cannot be used for qualifying for the Elite Level).
3.4.3. Miles shall be awarded for goods, works, and services offered by Partners only after the Partner has joined the Programme. Miles shall not be awarded for Partner goods, works, and services, for which Miles cannot be earned. Partners shall provide information on these goods, works, and services directly to Participants in service outlets, on websites, and in different information materials.
3.4.4. It is not possible to earn Miles for goods, works, and services and simultaneously deduct Miles from the Aeroflot Bonus Programme.
3.4.5. Miles shall be automatically accrued on the Participant’s account within sixty (60) days from the date of payment of the Partner’s goods, works, and services, provided that the Participant’s membership Card was presented during purchase of goods or registration of works and services.
3.4.6. To earn Miles for goods, works, and services offered by Partners, which use a device to read data from Cards, Participants must show their Programme membership Card before paying for the goods/services (before an invoice has been issued). It is not possible to redeem Miles after goods, works, or services have been paid.
3.4.7. If there is no Miles Programme on the Participant’s Personal Account for Partner services that provide the Participant with a document confirming the service, indicating the Participant’s personal data (invoice, receipt, booking), the Participant must send his/her claim for missing Miles and a copy of the document confirming the services to Aeroflot Bonus. The documents shall be examined within twelve (12) months from the date the services were granted by the Partner, unless the terms and conditions of cooperation with the Partner specify another time frame.

Miles shall be accrued on the Participant’s account within sixty (60) days of receipt of the claims form at Aeroflot Bonus, provided that all required documents have been attached, and after the appropriate purchase has been confirmed by the Partner. The Partner Bank must be contacted if the Miles have not been correctly accrued or no Miles have been accrued on joint bank cards. The Programme Partner must be contacted if Miles have not been accrued for goods, works, and services offered by Partners.
Applicable if the claims form/request for recovering Miles does not appear on the Partner’s site.
3.5. Miles Expiry Policy
3.5.1. All unused Miles shall be cancelled if the Participant fails to record, within two (2) calendar years, a travel on a regular flight operated by Aeroflot or a Partner Airline according to fares validated for Miles accrual. Miles per transaction on joint bank cards and other Partner goods, works, and services partners shall not be accrued.
4.1. General Rules
4.1.1. Awards granted in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme include Bonus tickets, Bonus upgrades on scheduled flights operated by Aeroflot and Partner Airlines, as well as goods, works, and services provided by Programme Partners.
4.1.2. To receive an Award, a Participant must have a certain number of Miles on his/her account, as well as at least one scheduled Aeroflot flight paid at a rate validated for Miles accrual in the Programme, and completed over the past twenty four (24) months.
4.1.3. Once the Award is issued, the number of Miles corresponding to the given Award shall be deducted from the Participant’s Personal Account.
4.1.4. When issuing the Award on the company website or the website of the Programme Partner, the Participant must be authenticated through SMS-Informing service with a confirmation code. Participants can register for this service in theirPersonal Account.
4.1.5. The deduction of Miles for the Award shall not affect the number of qualifying Miles in the Participant’s account and his/her transfer to the Elite level/remaining at the Elite level in the Programme.
4.1.6. There are no restrictions to the number of Awards earned through Miles accrual that the Participant can receive.
4.1.7. A member of Aeroflot Bonus programme may transfer a programme award of award flights or award upgrades for Aeroflot and Partner Airline flights to any person a total of 10 (ten) times per calendar year. The above limit of award transfers shall not apply to Gold and Platinum level programme members.
Furthermore, the above limit of 10 awards per year shall not apply to award upgrades involving the transfer of Awards for Aeroflot flights at the check-in desk, as well as the transfer of Partners’ Awards (except for Aeroflot and Partner Airlines’ Awards), between all members, and any such transfers may be arranged with no limit as to their number in a given calendar year.
Programme members aged 12 to 18 may have any Award registered in their name or transfer the same subject to a written consent of their legal representatives (parents / guardians / custodians). The Award/Award Transfer application form of programme members aged 12 to 18 shall contain relevant passport details and signatures of their parents / guardians / custodians. To apply for an Award/Award Transfer, an Award/Award Transfer application form, a copy of the birth certificate / passport of a programme member aged 12 to 18 and copies of the passports of their parents / guardians / custodians shall be submitted to Aeroflot ticket offices / branches / representative offices.
4.1.8. Aeroflot reserves the right to limit the number of Awards and to impose restrictions on their issue during periods of high demand.
4.1.9. Awards in the form of goods, works, and services offered by Partners can be registered on the Programme Website, on Partner Websites, and in Partner trade and service outlets indicated on the Website in Spend Milessection.
4.1.10. Awards granted by the Programme Partner and issued with a simultaneous deduction of Miles cannot be returned.
4.1.11. The specific procedure for obtaining an Award in the form of Partner goods, works, and services shall be established by the Partner and published on the Partner’s website, as well as in Spend Miles section on the Programme Website.
4.1.12. Programme Participants must be present to issue their Award in the form of goods, works, and services of the Partner Programme in a Partner’s trade and service outlet, which uses special terminals or other devices to read data on the membership Card. Partners have the right to ask Participants for proof of identity.
4.1.13. Awards for Open-Jaw (OJ) flights are allowed if the distance of the groundbourne part does not exceed the shortest segment of air carriage from the original point to the final destination, “one-way” or “return”. Only one OJ flight is allowed during the whole itinerary, at the original point or final destination.
If air carriage is not classified according to the standard rules for constructing a Round Trip (RT), a One Way flight (OW), an OJ flight, or other rules related to constructing Bonus air carriage, and if these loyalty Programmes are not implemented, Bonus air carriage can be considered as follows:
- sequence of OW flights with Miles deduction for each flight segment from the departure point to the destination point;
- sequence of flights with calculation of the number of Miles - ½ of the number of RT Miles for each flight segment or flight segments to the turning point (in the case of an itinerary with connecting flights).
The number of Miles for Bonus tickets, whereby terms and conditions are not met, shall be automatically calculated based on basic bonus rates, and shall differ from the number of miles declared for issuing Bonus carriage performed according to Programme rules.
4.1.14. Stopovers lasting over twenty four (24) hours at transfer points from one flight to another are not allowed (except for tickets issued with a Bonus upgrade of service class). If there is no scheduled connecting flight, a ticket can be issued for the next closest flight within 24 hours.
4.1.15. The minimum term of stay at the arrival point with a Bonus ticket is twenty four (24) hours (except for tickets issued with a Bonus upgrade of service class).
4.1.16. A duplicate ticket shall not be issued in case of loss, theft or damage of a Bonus ticket. The Miles shall not be re-accrued on the Programme Participant’s account.
4.2. Bonus Ticket
4.2.1. Each Programme Participant may issue a Bonus tickets for Aeroflot flights on the Website no later than six (6) hours before the scheduled departure time.
4.2.2. Bonus tickets may be booked and issued at the Contact Center or in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices. When booking or issuing their ticket in offices/branches/representative offices, Participants must present the original or a copy of their membership Card, and the original/copy of their passport. Bonus tickets may be issued by a Participant - the account holder - or his/her authorized representative. These attorney powers must be confirmed by a power of attorney. If the ticket is issued to a third party, and not to the Participant (account holder), the power of attorney must be notarized.
4.2.3. When booking a Bonus ticket at the Contact Center/own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices, the following time limits (TL) shall be observed for the time required to issue a Bonus ticket:
- when booking a flight less than seven (7) days before the departure date – the time limit (TL) shall be twenty four (24) hours;
- 2) when booking a flight seven (7) days or more prior to the departure date – the time limit (TL) shall be forty eight (48) hours.
4.2.4. Bonus tickets for Aeroflot’s scheduled flights and for Partner Airlines’ flights are issued as one-way or round-trip tickets. The number of Miles for a one-way Bonus ticket is equal to 50 percent of the number of miles for a round-trip Bonus ticket in the same class.
4.2.5. Bonus tickets allow for not more than two (2) transfers on the way from the departure point to the turning point. There can be no more than three segments in a one-way flight, and no more than six segments in a round-trip flight.
4.2.6. Bonus tickets issued for joint flights operated by other airlines (code-share), shall be regulated by commercial agreements, which may limit their issuance.
4.2.7. Bonus tickets can be issued only if there is a confirmed booking. It is not allowed to issue open-ended tickets.
4.2.8. Bonus tickets for Aeroflot flights can be booked in the following booking classes:
- О –Business Class;
- F –Comfort Class;
- Х –Economy Class.
4.2.9. Aeroflot shall have the right to refuse bookings for a Bonus ticket using Programme Miles on a specific date or flight if no seats are available in the bonus booking class.
4.2.10. Obligations to carry a Participant with a Bonus ticket issued for earned Miles shall be effective one year from its issue date. When voluntary changes (at the passenger’s initiative) are made to the ticket, obligations to carry the Participant with a new ticket shall be limited to one year from the issue date of the original one. The validity of Bonus tickets issued as part of a promotion may be limited with respect to terms and conditions of the promotion.
4.2.11. Miles for an unused Bonus ticket or a flight segment of a Bonus ticket shall not be returned to the Participant’s account. A Bonus ticket, issued for earned Miles, is non-refundable, with the exception of charges imposed by foreign countries/airports on unused segments of the itinerary if the passenger has renounced the journey voluntarily and if he/she has informed the carrier not later than 40 minutes before the departure time of the flight specified in the ticket.
4.2.12. In the event of changes to the departure date/flight at the passenger’s initiative, the Bonus ticket may be re-issued for a lower class, and the difference in Miles shall not be returned to the Participant’s account.
4.2.13. Itinerary changes on a Bonus ticket shall be allowed within the same bonus zone. It is allowed to re-issue one of the segments in a lower zone, and the difference in Miles shall not be returned.
4.2.14. If a passenger modifies Bonus tickets awarded through the Aeroflot Bonus Programme, the following fees shall be charged:
а) if the itinerary is modified or if both the itinerary and departure date are modified:
- prior to the departure time indicated on the flight coupon – 50 EUR/50 EUR;
- after the departure time, including passenger no-show for the flight – 100 EUR/100 EUR;
- it is not allowed make changes that entail changes in the bonus zone (with the exception of assigning one of the segments to a lower zone).
б) if the departure date or flight are modified:
- more than thirty (30) days before the departure date indicated on the flight coupon – free of charge;
- from thirty (30) to seven (7) days up to and including the departure date indicated on the flight coupon – 35 EUR/35 EUR;
- at least seven (7) days before the departure date indicated on the flight coupon - 50 EUR/50 EUR;
- after the departure time indicated on the flight coupon, including passenger no-show for the flight – 100 EUR/100 EUR.
Payments shall be carried out in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices. Payments shall be required for each transaction (simultaneous modifications made with Aeroflot). Payments for fees and taxes indicated in a foreign currency on the territory of the Russian Federation shall be carried out in rubles at the exchange rate set in the booking system on date of payment. The exchange rate set in the booking system shall be based on the exchange rate issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
Payment of fees in foreign currency in Aeroflot representative offices abroad shall be carried out in accordance with local currency legislation.
It is not allowed to re-issue tickets if the sequence of use of flight coupons has not been observed.
4.2.15. Bonus tickets issued as part of a promotion may be limited with respect to terms and conditions of the promotion.
 Platinum Level Participants shall not be charged fees for re-issuance of tickets.
 If there is no difference in the fees at the time the first departure date or the first flight were modified. If there is a difference, the passenger shall pay the fees in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices.
4.3. Issuing Bonus Tickets with Bonus Transfer
4.3.1. Booking and issuance procedures for Bonus tickets with Bonus transfer shall be carried out in the same order as issuance of Bonus tickets.
4.3.2. To issue Bonus tickets with Bonus transfer at own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices, Participants must provide the original or a copy of their membership Card, the completed and signed Request for Bonus Transfer by the Participant (account holder), and the original/copy of the passport of the account holder, to whom the Bonus will be transferred. Bonus tickets with Bonus transfer may be issued by a Participant - the account holder - or his/her authorized representative. The attorney powers must be confirmed by a power of attorney. If the ticket is issued to a third party, and not to the Participant (account holder), the power of attorney must be notarized.
4.4. Rules for Light Award Tickets
4.4.1. A Light Award Ticket is a Programme Award offered specially for specific destinations, which allows the company to issue Bonus tickets for fewer Miles within a limited period of time.
4.4.2. Light Award tickets may be issued only on the Website no later than six (6) hours before the scheduled departure time.
4.4.3. Light Award tickets are issued only for regular Aeroflot round trip flights.
4.4.4. The travel period shall be limited to the date set as part of a promotion, and for a specific destination, but no more than three months from the launch of the special offer.
4.4.5. The period of stay at the arrival point should not be less than twenty four (24) hours; the maximum period of stay at the destination point should not be more than thirty (30) days.
4.4.6. The validity of Light Award tickets shall be limited by the period of carriage established for a specific direction.
4.4.7. It is not possible to modify the itinerary, departure date/flight of Light Award tickets, issue a ticket valid for one (1) year or deduct additional Miles.
4.5. Bonus Upgrade on Aeroflot Flights
4.5.1. Programme Participants can transfer a Bonus upgrade on flights operated by Aeroflot and Partner Airlines to any person.
4.5.2. Bonus upgrades can be carried out in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices, and in the Contact Center.
4.5.3. An upgrade may be arranged as follows: from Economy Class to Comfort Class and Business Class or from Comfort Class to Business Class. Upgrades are available on return and one-way flights. The number of miles required to qualify for an award upgrade on one-way flights constitutes 50 per cent of the number of miles required for award upgrades on return flights in a relevant class. The free baggage allowance is provided according to the class of service indicated in a new ticket.
4.5.4. Upgrades are not allowed for open-ended tickets.
4.5.5. An award upgrade may only be arranged subject to the availability of a confirmed reservation made in Economy Class PREMIUM fare group for return and one-way flights (fare code prefix: YF, BF, MF, UF, KF, HF, LF, QF, TF, EF, NF) or subject to the availability of a confirmed reservation of Comfort Class service made in the Comfort Class PREMIUM fare group (fare code prefix: WF, SF, AF).
4.5.6. Bonus upgrades can be booked in Comfort Class (Booking Class F), as well as in Business Class (Booking Class O).
4.5.7. Aeroflot reserves the right to refuse to book Bonus upgrades earned through Miles if no seats are available on a specific date or flight.
4.5.8. Miles used for Bonus upgrades shall be accrued according to the fare paid.
4.5.9. Upgrades are not possible for Award tickets issued with Miles accrual, or tickets paid at rates imposed for the following fare groups: OPTIMUM-Economy (prefix code CL, CO), BUDGET-Economy (prefix code VU, VO), PROMO-Economy (prefix code SX, SO), OPTIMUM-Comfort (prefix code CL, CO), as well as for special and special contracts (prefix code SC and OF), subsidized fares (prefix code SO, GO, MFRF, GC, GA), group fares, passengers travelling free-of-charge (prefix code CERT) or with a discount of more than 50% of the fare (including service fares). Up-to-date information is available on the Aeroflot website.
Participants cannot upgrade their tickets issued at special Economy Class fares and subsidized carriage fares at check-in. Updated information is available on the Aeroflot Websiteebsite.
4.5.10. The validity of tickets issued with a Bonus upgrade shall be determined according to the fare paid, for which the upgrade was made.
4.5.11. Tickets issued with a Bonus upgrade can be returned under terms and conditions of fare paid for the period of validity of the ticket. The paid amount shall be refunded at the place where the payment was made. The Miles shall not be returned to the Participant’s account.
4.5.12. Tickets issued with a Bonus upgrade may be modified under terms and conditions of fare paid, and itinerary changes are allowed within the same bonus zone. One segment of the itinerary may be changed to a smaller zone.
4.5.13. Tickets issued with a Bonus upgrade cannot be exchanged for other Awards or Miles, and cannot be transferred to another person.
4.5.14. Procedure for Bonus Upgrade:
1) If a Participant has no previously issued ticket for a booking class that allows Bonus upgrade, he/she may issue it via the Contact Center, if there is no difference in the fees charged to passengers depending on the service class (Economy, Comfort and Business). If there is such a difference, a relevant surcharge shall be added and the ticket shall be issued in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices.
2) If a Participant has no previously issued ticket, an upgraded ticket shall be issued in the relevant service class in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices if the participant can present a confirmed booking in the service class that will be paid.
3) In case of Bonus transfer, the upgrade shall be issued only in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices. Participants must submit an original/copies of the account holder’s passport and the passport of the passenger to whom the Award will be transferred, as well as a Request for Bonus transfer, and a mandatory personal signature of the Participant.
Bonus tickets with Bonus transfer may be issued by a Participant - the account holder - or his/her authorized representative. The attorney powers must be confirmed by a power of attorney. If the ticket is issued to a third party, and not to the Participant (account holder), the power of attorney must be notarized.
4.5.15. Miles shall be deducted in accordance with the requested Bonus within one (1) business day after the request for upgrade booking.
4.5.16. When issuing a Bonus upgrade in own sales offices/Aeroflot branches/representative offices, Participants shall be required to present the original or a copy of their membership Card and their passport.
 For an award upgrade on indirect routes combining different classes of service involving higher rates miles shall be debited separately for each section of the route based on the class of service on varying segments.
 Award upgrades for tickets issued prior to November 1, 2016 are only possible for the Economy Class PREMIUM fare group (fares: Y, B) and the Economy Class OPTIMUM fare group (fares: M, U, K, H, L), as well as subject to the availability of a confirmed reservation for Comfort Class service made in the Comfort Class PREMIUM fare group (fare W) and the Comfort Class OPTIMUM fare group (fares: S, A).
 Award upgrades on routes Moscow – Kazan and return/Moscow – Rostov-on-Don and return/Khabarovsk – Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and return may only be arranged subject to the availability of a confirmed reservation made in the Economy Class OPTIMUM fare group and the Economy Class PREMIUM fare group (fare code prefix: MF, UF, KF, YF, BF, HF, LF).
4.6. Bonus Upgrade on Aeroflot Flights at Check-in
4.6.1. Bonus upgrades are available on Aeroflot flights. In the case of joint flights this service shall be available only if Aeroflot operates the flight, and the Participant travels on a ticket with a seat assigned in the Aeroflot block of seats (SU code).
4.6.2. At check-in, Participants may request a Bonus upgrade from Economy Class to Business and Comfort Classes, and from Comfort Class to Business Class, subject to seat availability in Comfort and Business Classes, and the technical capacity of the departure airport.
4.6.3. Bonus upgrades can be granted only for one segment. If the Participant has a connecting flight, only the first segment can be upgraded; to upgrade the second segment, Participants should contact the check-in desk at their transfer point.
4.6.4. Participants may request an upgrade only if they can show a paid ticket in Economy Class or Comfort Class according to paragraphs 4.5.5. and 4.5.9.
4.6.5. A Programme Member can purchase a Bonus upgrade by spending the accrued Miles for another person traveling on the same flight with the Member.
The passenger to whom the Bonus upgrade is transferred does not need to be in the same booking with the Programme Member whose account is used to get the Award.
However, in this case the passenger must be a Member of the Programme, and his/her Member’s number must be included in the booking. Non-activated temporary card numbers included in the booking are not eligible for Bonus upgrade.
If there is more than one passenger in the booking, Bonus upgrade can be applied to the Member or to all passengers at once. If the passenger is in the same booking with the Programme Member whose account is used to redeem the Award, the passenger does not need to be a Member of the Programme.
4.6.6. Bonus upgrades are offered only after check-in has started, and is carried out when the passenger initiates such a desire voluntarily for cash down.
4.6.7. Miles are deducted at check-in, and a boarding pass is issued in Economy Class or Comfort Class in accordance with the purchased ticket. The boarding pass shall be exchanged during boarding, subject to seat availability by the end of check-in and technical capacity. If it is not possible to upgrade, Miles shall be automatically returned to the Participant’s account before departure.
4.6.8. Baggage allowance shall be provided in accordance with the paid fare for a seat in Economy Class or Comfort Class, and shall be determined by the fare of the original ticket.
4.6.9. Upgrades at check-in do not give passengers the right to get services in airport lounges.
4.6.10. Onboard services shall be offered in accordance with the upgraded service class.
4.6.11. If the Participant is upgraded at check-in and Miles are simultaneously deducted, his/her Miles for the flight will be accrued in accordance with the paid fare in Economy Class or Comfort Class.
4.7. Bonus Upgrade on Flights Operated by Partner Airlines
4.7.1. Bonus upgrades are issued with simultaneous deduction of Miles only in own sales offices/ Aeroflot branches/representative offices.
4.7.2. Bonus upgrades are issued with simultaneous deduction of Miles on flights operated by Partner Airlines or combined with flights of Aeroflot. Partner Airlines shall have the right to impose restrictions on provision of this type of Bonus. The Contact Center will help passengers specify whether Bonus upgrades are available on flights operated by certain airlines.
4.7.3. Upgrades can be requested for only one service class, for one way air carriage or round-trip carriage (departure point – destination point), including possible connections on route to the final destination. The itinerary must include at least one international flight. Upgrades cannot be issued if there are no seats in the upgrade class in any of the segments between the departure point and destination point.
4.7.4. Open-ended tickets cannot be upgraded.
4.7.5. Bonus upgrade is possible for Economy Class tickets purchased at the full (normal) fare established by Partner Airlines.
4.7.6. Bonus upgrades in exchange for Miles in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme are possible only if Participants have not completed a single trip with their ticket. Partially used tickets are not eligible for upgrade in exchange for Programme Miles.
4.7.7. Bonus upgrade is only possible if there is a confirmed reservation in the bonus class.
4.7.8. Bonus upgrades are allowed only on flights operated by Partner Airlines and can include one or more SkyTeam members. Upgrades are not issued in the service class on flights operated jointly with other companies (Code-share).
4.7.9. It is not allowed to use Miles of other Partner Airline loyalty Programmes to upgrade the service class prior to carriage.
4.7.10. After the commencing of carriage on the return route, Participants can upgrade with simultaneous deduction of Miles using another loyalty Programme. It is not allowed to upgrade with simultaneous deduction of Miles using another Programme before the end of carriage along the route, for which an upgrade with simultaneous deduction of Miles was issued using the first Programme. To upgrade in exchange for Miles using another loyalty Programme, passengers are advised to contact the relevant Partner Airline.
4.7.11. Permission is granted to transfer a Bonus upgrade to another person (in accordance with the general rules of issuance of bonus carriage with Bonus transfer).
4.7.12. The validity of tickets issued with a Bonus upgrade shall be determined according to the fare paid, for which the upgrade was made.
4.7.13. The flight date can be modified under terms and conditions of the fare paid. To change the date/flight, passengers should contact the airline that issued the upgrade with simultaneous deduction of Miles.
4.7.14. Tickets issued with an upgrade can be returned under terms and conditions of the fare paid for the period of validity of the ticket. The amount paid at the place of payment for carriage shall be returned; Miles shall not be returned to the Participant’s account in the Aeroflot Bonus Programme.
4.7.15. Tickets issued with service class upgrade cannot be exchanged for other Awards or Miles, and may not be transferred to another person.
4.8. Issuing Bonus Tickets in the Aeroflot Contact Center
4.8.1. Bonus tickets can be issued in the Contact Center only for Aeroflot flights if the Participant presents his/her PIN-code not later than six (6) hours before the scheduled departure time.
4.8.2. It is possible to issue a Bonus ticket with Bonus transfer in accordance with the Programme rules.
4.8.3. Bonus tickets can be issued in the Contact Center only for routes assigned to one bonus zone.
4.8.4. It is possible to issue tickets combining different booking classes, as well as in different bonus zones only in Aeroflot’s own ticket offices.
4.9. Issuing Partner Awards
4.9.1. Participants can personally issue their Awards for goods, works, and services in a Partner’s sales and service outlets using a device to read data from their membership Card, that is, an original Card of the Aeroflot Bonus Programme, and confirming their data by entering their PIN-code.
4.9.2. When issuing an Award, Participants must present a membership Card and inform that they wish to issue an Award in the form of goods, works, or services that is offered by the Partner.
4.9.3. Miles are read by special reading devices.
4.9.4. The information on the face of the Card should be easy to read, and the magnetic stripe on the back of the Card should not be damaged. A Partner’s Award cannot be issued if the Card is damaged.
4.10. Issuing Awards Presented in the Awards Catalogue
4.10.1. Programme Participant can choose an Award offered by Programme Partners in the Awards Catalogue posted on rewards.aeroflot.ru.
4.10.2. The Awards Catalogue offers bonus goods, Awards certificates, and Aeroflot souvenirs.
4.10.3. Having chosen his/her Award, the Participant adds it to his/her cart, where he/she can change the contents and number of each of the added Bonuses. Then, he/she proceeds to checkout, selects the delivery method, and confirms the authenticity of the contact information.
4.10.4. After checking the order details, the Participant clicks the “Order” button. After issuing the Award the Participant receives a confirmation e-mail with his/her order details, which will also be available in “My Orders”. This section displays the order status; status notifications are also sent by e-mail.
4.10.5. Aeroflot cannot guarantee the availability of Awards in the Catalogue, as well as their availability to Participants as the Awards are presented directly by Programme Partners. Aeroflot may at any time modify, supplement, limit, or otherwise revise the Awards assortment and the number of Miles required for an Award, as well as the methods and periods of time for the presentation of Awards in the Catalogue.
4.10.6. The number of Miles required for an Award is indicated in the Catalogue, but may vary depending on how and where the Award, selected by the Programme Participant Programme, is delivered.
4.10.7. The Award, ordered in the Catalogue, and the delivery and shipment shall be performed by the Programme Partner offering this Award. Aeroflot shall not be responsible for the quality and contents of the Award, as well as for any other functional and consumer characteristics. It is not allowed to return/exchange an Award selected in the Catalogue.
4.10.8. The Participant should receive his/her Award at the place and time specified in his/her order by presenting an identity document (or a copy). If the Participant does not receive the Award or refuses to accept it, the Miles deducted for this Award shall not be refunded.
4.10.9. On receiving his/her Award, the Participant must check the content and quality, and must also sign the delivery note confirming the receipt or refusal of the Award. If the Participant refuses to sign such a document, or the document has been lost or damaged, claims related to the Award shall not be accepted or examined.

4.11. Donating Miles
4.11.1. Programme Participants, except for Participants in the Aeroflot Junior Bonus Programme, can donate their Miles to the Programme Partners’ charity account. See more details in Mercy Milessection.
4.11.2. Contributions are unlimited in amount. Minimum amount – one hundred (100) Miles. Participants can transfer their Miles if they have at least three thousand (3 000) Miles on their Personal Account.
5.1. The Aeroflot Bonus Programme has several levels of participation. If a Programme Participant earns the required number of qualifying Miles or flight segments in one calendar year, he/she shall be rewarded with an Elite level standing:
- to reach the Silver level, Participants need to earn twenty five thousand (25 000) qualifying miles or 25 flight segments in the calendar year;
- to reach the Gold level, Participants need to earn fifty thousand (50 000) qualifying miles or 50 flight segments in one calendar year;
- to reach the Platinum level, Participants need to earn one hundred twenty five thousand (125 000) qualifying miles or fifty (50) flight segments in Business Class within one calendar year
5.2. Elite Participants shall receive additional privileges when travelling on flights operated by Aeroflot and Programme Partners. See more details in Elite Clubsection.
5.3. If Elite Participants use the services or purchase goods offered by several Programme Partners, with which special terms and conditions and/or special agreements have been concluded, they may be offered discounts and benefits depending on their participation in the Programme. See more details in Partnerssection.
5.4. Elite Participants shall be awarded additional non-qualifying Miles for travelling on flight operated by Aeroflot or Partner Airlines.
Miles accrual shall correspond to the distance in miles between the departure and arrival airports, and the fare indicated on the ticket. In this case, if the fare corresponds to accrual at a rate of less than 100% of the distance, the extra Miles for the level are calculated as a percentage of the amount actually accrued for the distance. If the paid fare corresponds to accrual at a rate of more than 100% of the distance, the extra Miles for the level are calculated as a percentage of the distance in miles indicated in the table Miles Accrual, excluding qualifying Miles for the type of fare.
+ 25% - Silver Participants;
+ 50% - Gold Participants;
+ 75% - Platinum Participants.
5.5. The validity of an Elite level may be extended for the following year by regularly meeting the qualification terms and conditions each year in turn. If it is not confirmed, the Participant’s Elite status shall drop to the lower level.
Only flight segments where Miles accrual is offered are taken into consideration for reaching an Elite level.
6.1. Taking into account that the legislation of some countries may restrict the use of loyalty Programmes, PJSC “Aeroflot”, in order to comply with such legislation, shall have the right to modify the legal requirements for Programme Participants, or modify the content of the Programme taking into account the requirements of the relevant legislation of the country, without giving Programme Participants prior notice about these modifications.
6.2. Aeroflot and Partner Airlines shall not be liable for damage (material and moral), resulting from use of an Award, except for those occurring during air carriage. Damage caused during international air carriage shall be compensated in the manner prescribed by the Warsaw Convention of 1929 as amended at The Hague in 1955, and other international agreements signed by the Russian Federation, as well as Aeroflot rules. Damage caused during domestic air carriage shall be compensated in accordance with the procedure established by the Air Code of the Russian Federation of 1997. Aeroflot shall not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of acts or omissions of Partners.
6.3. Programme rules and legal relations between PJSC “Aeroflot”, Partner Airlines, Programme Partners and Participants shall be regulated by the laws of the Russian Federation without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All disputes between said persons shall be examined in the Moscow Arbitration Court, or at the principal place of business of PJSC “Aeroflot”.
7.1. Programme Participants shall immediately notify Aeroflot Bonus in the case of loss, damage or theft (no certificate of theft required) of their Programme Membership Card. The cost of a new Card is 20 EUR/20 EUR. If the Card is stolen, and a certificate of theft issued by law enforcement agencies and confirming the theft is presented in the Programme, no fee shall be charged for a new membership Card. Gold and Platinum levels Participants shall receive a Card corresponding to their level. The Card is produced in Aeroflot Bonus for the Participant within three (3) weeks after receipt of his request. Payment shall be carried out in Aeroflot’s own sales offices in Moscow or in Aeroflot branches/representative offices.
7.2. “Aeroflot” reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Aeroflot Bonus Programme unilaterally and without prior notice. The text of the Regulations and amendments thereto shall be published on our website at www.aeroflot.ru.
It is the Member’s responsibility to keep him/herself informed of any changes to this Programme.
The Member may terminate his/her participation in the Programme at any time by giving a written notice to: 10 Arbat St., 119002 Moscow, Russia. Such written notice shall require no particular form and shall contain the Member’s Card number and signature and be sent by registered mail to the address provided for the purpose. The Member Card shall be enclosed with such notice of termination of participation in the Programme. Upon PJSC “Aeroflot”’s receipt of the above notice, the Member’s participation in the Programme shall be terminated and any remaining unused Miles shall be cancelled without compensating the Member for any expenses or amounts.
7.3. Aeroflot reserves the right to change itineraries, along which Miles can be accrued, as well as issuance of Programme Awards.
7.4.  Participants are not allowed to use their Miles and benefits of Elite level member for commercial purposes, including sale/resale of Bonus tickets, Miles, benefits to third parties.
Participants are not allowed to sell, purchase or exchange Bonus tickets, benefits or auction them, which shall be considered misuse of Bonus tickets/accrued Miles/benefits (Commercial use). Aeroflot shall have the right at its absolute discretion to conclude whether Bonus tickets/Miles/benefits have been used for a Commercial purpose, substantiating such conclusion on all available information, including information gathered from printed and online publications and the media, or claims and complaints submitted by passengers, or results of independent internal investigation.
If it is revealed that Bonus tickets/Miles/benefits have been used for a Commercial purpose, Aeroflot shall have the right to cancel these Bonus tickets with refund of fees paid for services that were not rendered and cancel Elite level benefits.
7.5. In the event of breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Aeroflot Bonus Programme, Passenger Conduct Rules During Pre-flight Maintenance and On Board PJSC “Aeroflot” Aircraft, failure to comply with aviation safety regulations, as well as failure to abide by the terms of a passenger carriage contract, PJSC “Aeroflot” reserves the right to block any Member’s Aeroflot Bonus Programme account until further notice, cancel all Miles credited, terminate the Member’s account or withdraw the Elite membership status and benefits under the Programme without compensating the Member for any expenses or amounts.
7.6. Aeroflot reserves the right to cancel the Aeroflot Bonus Programme with prior notification of Participants two months before the planned date of cancellation. In this case, Bonus tickets issued for Miles accrual and issued before the date of cancellation of the Programme may be used for the duration of their validity.
7.7. Aeroflot reserves the right to cancel participation in the Programme unilaterally if the Participant has not made any transactions on his/her account within four (4) years (has not earned or spent any Miles).
7.8. Aeroflot shall not be responsible for the quality of services provided by a Partner to a Participant of the Aeroflot Bonus Programme. The Participant must contact the Programme Partner in the case of claims against a placed order or his/her intention to cancel purchased goods, works, or services.
7.9. The Aeroflot Bonus Programme can be expanded by inviting other airlines, hotels, commercial and service organizations, etc. to participate as Partners, the fact of which Participants shall be duly informed.
7.10. Aeroflot reserves the right to exclude any Partner from the Programme without prior notification. In this case, the Award issued before the date of withdrawal of the Partner from Programme may be used for the duration of its validity.
7.11. In the case of disagreement on the interpretation and application of the Rules and the Terms and Conditions or other Aeroflot Bonus documents, arising from inaccuracies in the translation to other languages, the original Russian version of the Programme Rules and other documents shall prevail.
7.12. If employees of Aeroflot or Programme Partners discover that Miles have been accrued and/or Awards have been issued in violation of the Rules for the Aeroflot Bonus Programme, Aeroflot shall have the right to cancel such Miles/Awards.
7.13. Programme Participants shall be fully responsible for payment of fuel fee, airport fees, and/or any other taxes and duties imposed by other government authorities in connection with air carriage.
7.14. Payment of any taxes and performance of any obligations related to the Member’s participation in the Programme shall be the responsibility of the Member.
7.15. Programme Participants shall be fully responsible before third parties in the event of intentional or inadvertent entry into the information systems used by PJSC Aeroflot, and for any mobile phone number not belonging to them, through which Programme Participants send SMS-messages. If Programme Participants enter an incorrect mobile phone number, the information intended for them shall be sent to the indicated number.
7.16. Participation in the Programme may be terminated unilaterally at any time at the initiative of PJSC “Aeroflot” by cancellation of the Member’s account (i.e., cancellation of participation in the Programme) in line with the conditions specified in the Regulations. PJSC “Aeroflot” shall notify the Member of the termination of his/her participation in the Programme by e-mail.
 Payments for fares and taxes indicated in a foreign currency on the territory of the Russian Federation shall be carried out in rubles at the exchange rate set in the booking system on date of payment. The exchange rate set in the booking system shall be based on the exchange rate issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Payment for fees indicated in a foreign currency in Aeroflot representative offices abroad shall be carried out in accordance with local currency legislation.
