Aeroflot Bonus programme platform update

Dear members!

We strive to make your Aeroflot Bonus experience as pleasant as possible, which is why we are constantly working on improvements to our services.

From 22:00 August 30 until 12:00 August 31 we will undergo a number of enhancements to Aeroflot Bonus Platform. For this reason, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

● Online services of personal accounts of Aeroflot Bonus programme members.

● Redemption of miles towards programme awards:

- award tickets;

- award upgrades;

- goods and services offered by the partners of the Aeroflot Bonus programme.

● Aeroflot mobile app in case you are authorized in your personal account.

You can continue to earn Aeroflot Bonus miles during the scheduled maintenance.

To avoid possible inconvenience, we kindly recommend you to do the following activities prior to August 30:

● Issue your award tickets or arrange award upgrades, obtain goods and services offered by the programme partners.

●Claim for missing miles in your personal account.
