SMS-Info service activation required

Dear member,

It is important to us that your interaction with Aeroflot Bonus services comes in a safe and comfort way.
We would like to remind you that in order to obtain Aeroflot Bonus awards, you will now need to enter a confirmation code received via the SMS-Info service. You can sing-up to the service in your personal account.

To avoid unauthorized activity in your account, subscription to the SMS-Info service or any changes of your phone number should be done by entering a code word. The code word is the answer to a secret question specified during your Aeroflot Bonus registration. Should you need to restore or change your code word, please visit one of Aeroflot Sales Offices or representative officein your city. Please note that you will have to present your passport at the time of visit.

If there is no representative office in your city, please send a request to bonus@aeroflot.ru from the email address, specified in your personal account.
Please consider, that your authorized representative must provide us with a copy of your passport and a notarized power of attorney that grants him/her permission to act on your behalf in regards to your Aeroflot Bonus programme account.

In the future, the code word will be used for other online services for the Aeroflot Bonus members. We recommend you to restore your code word in advance to avoid possible inconvenience.
