Vitaly Saveliev – CEO of Aeroflot

Vitaly Saveliev has been CEO of Aeroflot since 2009.

His previous positions include deputy head of civil engineering at Glavleningradinzhstroi (1987-8); head of the Leningrad branch of Dialogue, a Soviet-US joint venture, and subsequently one of the founders and a member of the Board of Directors of Dialogue Bank (1988-9); CEO of DialogInvest (1990-1993); Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Rossiya (1993-5); Chairman of the Board of Bank Menatep St Petersburg (1995-2001); Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom (2001-2002); Vice President of United Company Gros and advisor to the CEO of Svyazinvest for finance and IT (2002-2004); Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Trade (2004-2007); First Deputy President of AFK Sistema and head of the telecommunications unit (2007-2009). On 6 February 2016 he was elected to the High Council of the party United Russia.

Vitaly Saveliev holds degrees from the Kalinin Polytechnic Institute in Leningrad in mechanical engineering, and from the Palmiro Toliatti Engineering and Economic Institute.

Alexey Germanovich – member of the Executive Board of St Petersburg State University Development Fund

Alexey Germanovich is an independent director on the boards of E.On Russia, Bank St Petersburg and Ameriabank (subject to approval from the Central Bank of Armenia), and was named among Russia’s 50 best independent directors in 2013, 2014 and 2015 in the rating compiled by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs with PwC and the IDA. Previously he represented the interests of the government on the Board of Directors of Aeroflot in 2012-2014, when as chairman of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee he oversaw improvements to the motivation system and investment attractiveness of the company.

Previously he worked at Vedomosti newspaper as a Kremlin pool reporter (1999-2001), Deputy CEO of Severstal Group and member of the Executive Board of Severstal (2002-2009), Director of Government and Social Programmes and Professor of Practice at Moscow SKOLKOVO Management School, where he established a transport and infrastructure research centre (2009), and as Director, member of the Executive Board and advisor to the Russian Direct Investment Fund (2012-2013). He has served on the boards of directors of several major Russian transport companies including Siberian Airlines (2011-2013) and Irkutsk International Airport (2014-2015). Alexey Germanovich holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield University, and graduated from Moscow State University in economics (1998) and journalism (2002).

Igor Kamenskoy – Chairman of Renaissance Capital

Igor Kamenskoy has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Capital since 2009.

Previous positions include Vice President of Soyuzkontrakt (1992-8), Vice President of Rosbank (1999), advisor to the Speaker of the State Duma (2000-2), and member and subsequently Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council (2002-9). Igor Kamenskoy graduated in Russian language and literature from Moscow State Pedagogical Institute.

Dmitry Peskov has served on the Board of Directors at Aeroflot since 2014.

Dmitry Peskov has been director of the Young Professionals Programme at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives since 2011.
Previously he held various positions at the University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs including Deputy Rector for Research and Director of Innovation (2000-9, and Head of Strategic Research at VVTs. He was a member of the Board of Directors at PJSC UAC, PJSC GAO VVC, and IPK Mashpribor (2013-14). He has been a member of the Board of Directors at PJSC RZD since 2014. He is a member of the Expert Council advising the Russian Government, and sits on the board of Russian Venture Company. He holds master’s degrees from Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences and the University of Manchester, and an undergraduate degree from Voronezh State University.

Dmitry Saprykin – CEO of Rossiya Airlines

Dmitry Saprykin has been CEO of Rossiya Airlines since November 2015.

Previously he has been chief legal adviser at Bank Menatep (1996-8), head of M&A and capital markets at MTS (2001-4), Deputy CEO for Corporate Affairs and Finance at SkyLink (2004-6), CEO of Moscow Cellular Communications (2006-7), head of transactions and deputy head of legal at Sistema (2007-9). He was deputy CEO for Legal and Property Issues at Aeroflot (2009-13) and Deputy General Director of Sales and Property Issues (2013-2015).

Dmitry Saprykin holds degrees from Cornell Law School and Moscow State Legal Academy, and earned his PhD in 2000.

Vasily Sidorov – CEO of Arida

Vasily Sidorov has been CEO of Arida since 2012, and Managing Partner of Euroatlantic Investments since 2010.
He previously served as Deputy CEO of Svyazinvest (1997-2000), First Vice President of Sistema Telecom (2000-3), President of MTS (2003-6), co-owner of Telecom Express Group (2006-10). He sits on the Board of Directors of Russian Railways.
Vasily Sidorov holds a finance degree from the Wharton School of Business, and a degree in international public law from the University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Yury Slyusar  – President of UAC

Yury Slyusar is President of United Aircraft Corporation, a position he has held since 2015. Previous positions include Commercial Director of Rostvertol (2003-2009), advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade (2009), Director of the Aviation Industry Department (2010-2) and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade (2012-5). 
Yuri Slyusar holds a degree in law from Moscow State University and a graduate degree in economics from the Academy of National Economy.

Sergey Chemezov – CEO of State Corporation Rostec

Sergey Chemezov has been CEO of State Corporation Rostec since 2007.
Previously he worked at the Irkutsk Research Institute for Rare and Non-Ferrous Metals, the Luch Experimental-Industrial Association in the USSR and East Germany (1983-8), Deputy CEO of Sovintersport (1988-96), head of the Presidential Foreign Relations Office (1996-9), CEO of Promexport (1999-2001) and First Deputy CEO of Rosoboronexport (2001-7).
Sergey Chemezov is a bureau member of the Supreme Council of the United Russia Party and Chairman of the Russian Engineering Union. He has served as Chairman of the Board for a number of leading Russian companies and holds numerous state decorations and awards.
He holds a PhD in economics, and degrees from the Irkutsk Institute of National Economy and the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. He is a professor and member of the Academy of Military Sciences.

Mikhail Voevodin – CEO of PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation

Mikhail Voevodin has been CEO of PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation since July 2009 and a member of the VSMPO-AVISMA Board of Directors since 2006.

He held various managerial positions at LLC Prominvest, an investment company, part of Rostec Corporation 2001-2005 and served as First Deputy CEO of LLC Prominvest 2005-2006.Mikhail Voevodin holds a degree in Economic Cybernetics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (1996), and a degree in World Economy and International Economic Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (2001).

Lars Erik Anders Bergstrom has been Senior Advisor at UB Capital (United Bankers of Finland) since 2016.

Mikhail Poluboyarinov – First Deputy Chairman and Member of the Management Board, Vnesheconombank

Mikhail Poluboyarinov has been First Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank since 2012.Between 2009 and 2012 he held the positions of Director of the Infrastructure Department and Deputy Chairman at Vnesheconombank. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors at PJSC Rosseti, CJSC Lider and PJSC Rostelecom, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board at JSC AHML. Previously Mikhail Poluboyarinov served as Chief Accountant and Financial Director of Avtoimport (1990-1999) and Chief Accountant and Deputy CEO of PJSC Aeroflot (2000-2009).
He has been awarded with the title “Honoured Economist of Russia” and an honorary letter of commendation from the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. For his contribution to the preparation of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi in 2014, Mikhail Poluboyarinov was awarded with the Order of Honour.

He holds a PhD in economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from which he graduated in 1988 with a degree in Finance, Currency Circulation and Credit. Mikhail Poluboyarinov also holds a degree in Finance and Credit from the Financial University.
