To reset your password follow these steps:

• Enter Aeroflot Bonus Number or E-mail Address that you used in registration.
• The system may ask to enter your last name. Enter your last name as it appears in your passport.
• Click "Submit" button. We will send you an e-mail message with a link.
• Access your e-mail, and click on the link in the message from Aeroflot Bonus.
• Enter an answer for the secret question.
• Enter new password.
• Click "Submit" to reset password.
