Aeroflot most punctual russian carrier

October 11, 2010, Moscow. According to FlightStats, JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines is the most punctual Russian carrier.

According to statistics compiled over a two-month period of 2010, Aeroflot tops the list of the most punctual Russian airlines.

FlightStats monitors over 150 000 flights globally and delivers real-time information. The platform allows to record the smallest flight delays of less than 15 minutes.

According to FlightStats Analytics, JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines over the period from August 1 to September 30, 2010 conducted 80% of flights without delays with 77% for Transaero Airlines and 75% for S7.

According to Vitali Saveliev, chief executive officer of Aeroflot Airlines Company, passengers look for punctuality in an airline above many other things in their choice of a carrier and that is why it is one of the priorities for Aeroflot.
