December 16, 2016, Moscow. — Aeroflot was awarded as The Best Economy Class 2016 in China according to the leading Beijing media source Best Travel Media. The solemn ceremony was held in Beijing.
Best Travel Media rating is based on votes by tourism agencies in China and overseas including tour operators, tourism boards, airlines, as well as many other people who work in the tourism sectors.
Chinese market is a key market for the principal Russian airline. Aeroflot show the significant growth in passenger traffic on the Chinese direction and the share of transfer passengers is more than 60%.
