Information for passengers flying to and from Brussels on March 22-25, 2016

March 22 2016, Moscow. — Aeroflot informs that according to the current information the airport of Brussels remains closed until March 23, 2016, 8:00 AM (6:00 AM local time).

Due to the uncertainty of the further situation Aeroflot recommends passengers who planned to travel on 22-25 March to refrain from the trips.

Passengers of the mentioned flights are able to do the following:

- To return their tickets without incurring penalties at place of ticket’s purchase (for the tickets booked through Aeroflot website the return is possible via Aeroflot Call-centre);

- To change the departure date to the other, but not later than April 1, 2016. The simultaneous change of the departure date on the back segments is allowed, but with preserving the initial length of stay (plus/minus 7 days);

- To reissue tickets on the same date (plus/minus 1 day) with the segment change to/from Brussels to Germany, the Netherlands and France destinations. In this case passengers need to get to the final destination by themselves.

Aeroflot will keep passengers informed of any flight changes as more information becomes available.

More information is available from Aeroflot’s 24-hour information and reservation centre: +7-495-223-5555 (Moscow), 8-800-444-5555 (free call within Russia) or the airline’s sales offices.
