Official statement

31 2010, Moscow.– Theinformation published by certain mass media suggesting that Aeroflot might refuse the aviation assets of JSC Vladivostok Aviais incorrect.

Aeroflot officially states that it is currently undertaking a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the financial, operational and production aspects of FSUE GTKRossiya, FSUE Kavminvodyavia, FSUEOrenburgAirlines, JSC VladivostokAvia, JSC Saratov Airlines, and JSC SakhalinskieAviatrassy,which are to be transferred under its management, and further integrated into the Aeroflot Group.

Aeroflot does not intend to withdraw from purchasing any of the six airlines, and confirms its interest in these companies’ successful business development within the Aeroflot Group.

The tendency of certain media to deliberately misrepresent the situation involving the transfer of the six airlines’ aviation assets to Aeroflot is unacceptable.
