Aeroflot offers a new product: business ticket card

March 15, 2011, Moscow - Aeroflot offers a new service, ‘Business Ticket Card’. It is intended for passengers who frequently fly between the two Russian capitals. ‘Business Ticket Card’ is an electronic ticket valid for a certain number of trips.

‘Business Ticket Card’ is valid for flights between Moscow and St. Petersburg. The number of two-way flights is 2, 4, or 8 (no more than 16 flight segments). The first trip with this travel document can start either in Moscow or in St. Petersburg; afterward it should be used in the sequence of e-ticket coupons. The first flight segment should contain specific information about the flight, departure date, service class, and confirmed booking status. All subsequent segments are open. The passenger can make changes to the trip by contacting Aeroflot's information and booking center or the agent who booked the trip. The number of changes that can be made anytime is not limited; however, each change should be made no later than one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

‘Business Ticket Card’ can be issued for trips in business or economy class. ‘Business Ticket Card’ can be purchased at Aeroflot's own sales offices or from Aeroflot agents. The cost of the ticket card depends on the number of flights it covers. The larger the number of flights, the lower the cost of each single segment. The ticket card is only valid for Aeroflot’s own flights and only for adult passengers. Miles are accrued for each flight to participants of the ‘Aeroflot Bonus’ program and other loyalty programs of the SkyTeam alliance.
