Mobile phone Check-In
To use our mobile registration services, you must enter the address www.aeroflot.ru in your phone browser.
Mobile phone check-in conditions:
- you are booked on an Aeroflot domestic Russian flight from Sheremetyevo - Terminal D *; from Pulkovo Airport (St. Petersburg) domestic Aeroflot flight *; from Heathrow Airport (London) to Moscow (Sheremetyevo);
- this service allows you to check in only one passenger per session;
- you are not travelling with a baby under 2 years of age;
- you do not need any additional services (including transportation of pets).
* - except joint flights operated by other airlines.
After self-service check-in passengers can check in their baggage at special DROP OFF counters at Terminal D not later than 45 minutes before departure. International flights are serviced at DROP OFF counters № 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, and domestic – at counters № 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.
When no dedicated DROP OFF counter is available at other airports, please address a general purpose check-in desk.
