Travel safety information
Because of the additional safety measures being taken, please come to the departure airport well in advance.
Passengers should familiarize themselves with the location of emergency exits and how to use the life vests and emergency oxygen masks. This will contribute significantly in assisting rescue services and onboard personnel to act promptly and efficiently in the unlikely event of an emergency.
The location of emergency exits and types of emergency equipment can vary from aircraft to aircraft, so please listen carefully to the instructions of the flight attendants and read the emergency manual before takeoff.
It is recommended that you keep your seatbelt fastened while seated, whether you are awake or asleep, to protect you from any risk of injury during unexpected turbulence or air pockets.
Electronic Equipment Aboard
You can use electronic equipment during the flight, but not whilst taking off, climbing, approaching or landing since this can disturb the functioning of the sensitive radio navigational systems on the aircraft.
