Self-service Check-In

Fast and comfortable

You may use self check-in kiosks for registration. There you are able to use your Aeroflot Bonus or credit card for your reservation identification for the purpose of obtaining your first name and last name automatically (in case if their spelling corresponds to reservation data) and reducing check-in steps.

Self check-in kiosks will save your time and will allow you to choose seats onboard next to your family or your friends.

After self-service check-in please check in your baggage at special DROP OFF counters at Terminal D not later than 45 minutes before departure. International flights are serviced at DROP OFF counters № 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, and domestic – at counters № 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.

When no dedicated DROP OFF counter is available at other airports, please address a general purpose check-in desk.

Self service check-in kiosks are located:

Sheremetyevo D(3) in the center of the departure hall in front of the check-in desks

Sheremetyevo F(2) in the departure hall in front of both customs checks

Self service check-in is possible for passengers (except passengers with children under the age of 2 years):

flying with Aeroflot or with our partners: Rossiya, Nordavia, Donavia, Alitalia, China Southern, Czech Airlines, Adria, Air Malta, Bulgaria Air, Cyprus Airways, LOT, MIAT, Malev
checking in at least 45 minutes before the departure
travelling in all countries except USA and India
Self Check-In kiosks of Aeroflot are available in Moscow (SVO), Saint Petersburg (LED), Kaliningrad (KGD), London (LHR), Tokyo (NRT - in Japanese), Larnaca (LCA) and Prague (PRG).

Using our self service check-in kiosk is that simple:

	At the airport you can easily locate the self service check-in kiosks.
	Insert identification card (Aeroflot Bonus member card or your credit card) face up to activate the check-in procedure.
	Touch the screen and enter your name and the booking code (PNR Code).
	Review your flight itinerary and select yourself and/or accompaying passengers that you intend to check-in.
	Select your seat(s).
	Complete the procedure and print your boarding cards.
	Your check-in has been completed, please proceed directly to the gate.
