Aeroflot is the winner of the “Wings of Russia” national award in two main nominations:

Aeroflot is one of the leading client companies paying dividends despite current instability of the world economy. According to the rating of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – the world leader in operating consulting and business strategy developing, Aeroflot took seventh place among top ten transport and tourist companies.
According to the survey carried out by the ROMIR Group of Companies, Aeroflot has joint the top ten brands which are most recognizable and respected by the citizens of the Russian Federation.
Aeroflot secured the top place among European companies - SkyTeam members – in servicing of economy class passengers on short and medium-length routes, as well as business class passengers on long routes, according to the results of “Onboard Survey” conducted by SkyTeam . Aeroflot was the leader in all elements of onboard servicing: boarding, cabin comfort, servicing by flight attendants, food, press, and video system in the business class.
Aeroflot is the winner of the national public prize of the transportation sector of Russia, “Zolotaya Kolesnitsa” (The Golden Waggon), in the “Leader of air transportation in Russia” nomination.

In accordance with the IATA requirements all the airlines — IATA members, have to pass the IOSA auditing. The companies, having passed the tests, are included into the register of the IOSA Operators. Aeroflot is the first among Russian Air Carriers to have successfully passed the International Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and to be registered as the IOSA Operator. |

To fulfill the set task the JSC «Aeroflot» has developed and introduced the quality management system, directed to perfecting the company’s work, connected with safe and regular passenger transportation with the high quality of the service, corresponding to the international standards.
The management system is the modern tool of corporate management; it is aimed at the implementation of the potentially possible improving of the product, presented to the consumers. Our airlines monitors the fulfillment of the Aeroflot’s requirements in the field of servicing the passengers at any stage, including the use of the «Hidden passenger» method; estimates the degree of the consumers’ satisfaction by means of various market researches, passengers’ inquiries, analysis of the messages, received by the «Open Line». Besides, The IATA regularly assesses the performance of our company, comparing it with the work of the leading airlines of the world. The results of this research are the basis for perfecting our company’s activity. The fact that our company actually follows all the elements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, verified by a third independent party, gives us a lot of advantages in competition, among which is the confidence of our consumers.
